firewall na so magkano kaya aabutin nun?

    front +gate =
    side/back =

how about kung firewall yung side mo then problema mo na

I guess for the area cost it could run around 1,100 to 1,300 per square meter for the perimeter wall. Including the columns and wall footings and plastered on both sides.

Metal fences is around 1,900 per sq meter.

These are just rough estimates. It's much better to have exact measurements so there could be a more detailed bill of materials.

Ano ibig sabihin ng "pwede sa pinas"? Do you mean to say it has to be 10feet high with glass shards lining the top plus an extra layer of barbed wire?

Hehe kidding aside, ako I would just put solid concrete tapos look around for a good design para sa gate ;-) Pero since "fence" lang naman ang hanap ... the pictures sa taas looks very nice.

If you live in a secure gated community then I guess ok yung fence or picket fences. Depende din sa ordinance developer kase ganda nga fence mo around the property then tayuan ka ng kapit bahay na may firewall.

hahaha exactly! I agree with what Cyber just mentioned. Some communities have strict restrictions on what they can do on their property. Anyway, let us know how things are with your fencing project. Post a picture sana.

Based on experience high fences/walls gives a false sense of security. Walled properties are ok if you have round the clock security within the property pero kung wala mas delikado ka. An intruder once inside is safe from the outside help and he can do anything to you and your family and no one from the outside will hear you cry for help. The best you can do is touch base with the community and neighborhood. Have your place well lighted or make it look active. A dummy security cam, motion or pre-set timed activated flood lights is a good investment. A snack or merienda once in a while for the roving tanods late at night is nice gesture with good returns.

I agree with you. kaya yung gusto kong ipagawa hindi fully-walled. kasi nga naisip ko rin yan before na pag may nangyayari na sa loob walang makakakita. but still, gagawin ko kung ano man yung mga possible securities na pwede kong gawin di ba? at naisip ko rin yung iraise sa homeowner's association yung security at gawin syang priority.

thank you sa mga pointers mo. it helps.
