Think 1000000000 times before you even apply. If you are a person who can stand a manager who looks like a witch, acts like a witch and is a devil in disguise then apply. Fast facts: for the month of May alone there have been more than 10 resignations all because of one person named Analee Bandalan.

yup i worked there. they offer good salary...benefits not that great.
this is a small center, so "she" is in charge over all. if you want to be a sup there u better have tons of patience and a lot of guts. if you last more than a month then good for you agents there are really nice though

Almost one year nako dito sa call center mismo, we didn't have attrition. walang nag resign sa mga agents na pumasa na sa training. At hindi totoong may nag resign noong May, except one wannabee supervisor who can't speak English. I bet the manager was so lenient on her kaya ** pinasa. Of course our training is not easy. We have several wannabee supervisors who didn't make it. Or agents who didn't pass training. But once we pass training, we get all the support that we need. Even the manager trains us too. Those supervisors who didn't make it either they are too petiks or can't speak good English or they don't understand na supervisor pala. Since I started here in PBG, there was only one who resigned and that was June 1, 2010 because of her personal issues. Our manager is strict but very approachable. We have 2 wannabee supervisors who never made it. Bagsak sa training. Kasi di nila kaya. So I guess, Kirarabuster, you are one of those Supervisors who didn't make it. You are too bitter you don't deserve a good call center like PBG. I bet you wanted to stay in PBG that's why you can't accept that you didn't pass training. wawa ka naman. buti nga sa yo!

you are so bitter. you must be one of those supervisors who didn't pass training. Even your facts are so incorrect. For agents like me who wants to work in a good callcenter, apply na kayo dito sa amin sa PBG. masaya maging agent dito. mabait ang manager namin at mga supervisors namin. kasi, pag di magaling ang supervisor, sigurado di papasa sa training. hanggang isang buwan lang sila kasi one month ang training. pag di pumasa, tanggal. Malaki sahod dito at wala pang queue. apply na!

hahaha. kirarabuster, ang mga classmates mo pala, sina mocca at gally ann, nag eenjoy sila sa PBG. wawa ka naman. di mo kinaya. hahahahah.

For agents applicants if you want good pay, good managers, good supervisors, good colleagues. apply na kayo.

Last week, I had my interview here. I didn't apply in this company, they're the ones who called me saying that they've found my resume in job street. I am currently employed as a Quality Assurance Specialist and they are offering me the same position. When they called me, I searched the internet since I don't have any idea about them. I never heard of them. But they have good location though, they are in Standard Chartered Building which is along Ayala Avenue.

So there, I accepted the interview invitation. I went there and found that they are just renting half of the 4th floor area, and I find their office facilities not that great and not high-tech compared to other centers I've seen and worked for. The HR, named Princes brought me to a small room to conduct the initial interview. Personally, I find the interview good, only that Princes doesn't speak English that well, point taken- she's the company's hiring coordinator, but as far as I know, even the hiring team are being trained for Voice and Accent to ensure their fluency as they face the applicants. Also, she keeps on interrupting me, I haven't finish my responses yet, and there she was cutting me off. The interview finished and she asked me to take this very long written exams with grammar, essay, and survey. Guess what, I took the exams in their pantry, Princes told me that somebody might use the room so I have to take it in the pantry (so I was trying to concentrate while other's are eating and chit chatting). Their place is so small, they don't have areas dedicated only for hiring process, training process etc etc And I strongly believe that the questions in the survey part of the exam should be asked during the interview. If they really want to have a survey part, they must revised it and use more appropriate questions. After I took the exam, I was asked to stay because I am now endorsed to the Quality Manager. While waiting, I observed the lady (I don't know if she's working for the company or what) she's using the PC in the lobby, since the place where I am sitting allowed me to see what's on the screen, I saw that she was using Yahoo messenger- chatting with her friends, and also Facebook. I think this isn't a good example for applicants. Well, I can't tell that time if it's her break time, or she's at her shift or what. I just think that the company should have a kiosk in the pantry to have PC's available for employees to use if they will need to access non-work related websites. Then I was called by the Quality Manager, we go back again to the small room. I just felt that she's asking me common questions, since I've answered all of them on the survey part of the exam. There are awkward silences on her part. But I'll give her credit since she was fluent. Then, I was asked to wait in the lobby for the nth time. After that, Princes called me and explain that I need to come back because I am scheduled to be interviewed by the Managing Director. They will give me a call for that. I don't know. I also have a friend who applied same day, same position, but she was not endorsed to the QA Manager. She was informed that the HR Manager will need to review her application but the Manager was on maternity leave. This sounded silly because I was interviewed without the Hiring Manager's decision. If the person is on maternity leave, which usually takes 2 months the least, her job and decision making should be endorsed to another person. Someone next to her, or higher than her. They have issues with their hiring process, there is no consistencies. Come on, I think most of the prominent HR of prestigious companies nowadays opted to inform their applicants right away if they pass or fail. PBG Ltd, must also acquire that, if their applicant didn't pass, say it right away. You know, this is work, nothing personal, sometimes we get the job and sometimes we don't. It will be helpful if we know that we didn't pass, provide feedback why, so both of us can move on. That's how a good company must do it. Right?
