Regus has more than 1000 branches worldwide. Their call center at the Fort handles calls during the day from the Asia-Pacific Region. Aside from English, they also have agents who speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Bahasa, and Hindi.

Judging from the stats reports, work environment is not as toxic as other call centers but I don't see anyone else from a year ago except for the two ladies at the reception.

I was able to pass the two interviews last March 22. Stephen Moore (IT Programme Director) first interviewed me and it was a smooth conversation, the flow was very casual as if you are talking to your friend. He informed me that there will be a 3 week training in UK and to meet and greet the UK IT Team mates. The second interview was after the holy week which was face to face via video conferencing from UK with Richard Julian (UK IT Manager) and UK IT CEO. It was all mix of technical and all the details of your previous roles. It went well as I can say that I am very fit for the requirements of the post. I was informed after a week that the salary and compensation is being negotiated. I was also asked if I can start by May 11. I was shocked that I got an email from one of their HR Specialist that I am not fit for the job so I immediately called their HR Director. She informed me na masyado daw mataas ang asking rate ko. Still ninenegotiate pa rin daw para maayos. I decided to lower my asking rate and I asked the HR Director of how much is the basic pay for the position (Application Support Analyst). She didn't mention how much as I say that I am willing to accept the offer as long as kapantay ng current salary ko + benefits. Then sinabi sakin na tatawagan na lang daw or mageemail after nya inform *** managers and directors. Upto now, wala ng update.
Anyone who has ideas of the offer and working environment?

Any updates on your employment opportunities with Regus? I hope it went well for you.

This is one of the things that all of us should remember, employers and candidates tend not to ask/tell about the compensation for the particular open position. It is no impolite to ask about the compensation on your first interview under the premise that you do not wish to inconvience the employer and especially yourself to undergo several interviews and tests and eventually have a falling out at the end just because both parties do not agree with the compensation. Much better to ask earlier if their compensation suits your expectations, coz no matter what you say about a company being big, multi-national, great benefits and etc if you don't agree on the pay..you just wasted your time

probably that's the reason why there's no one whom can be asked about the company.
