ask ko lang pano if tatlong deeds of sale ang hawak ko kase yung name sa CR is still the first/original owner (company name pa but i have the corporate secretary's certificate). bale 3rd owner nako. yung 2nd owner did not bother transferring the car to his name. diba problema un? *** deed of sale ko magiging 3rd deed na. dadalin ko lahat ng deeds dun sa LTO to have the car in my name??? thanks so much

Okey lang po as long as may deed of sale ka ng original owner(Name sa CR) Since its is registered to company name talagang dapat na may Sec Cert.
Requirements for TRANSFER of OWNERSHIP or CHANGE NAME:
1. Original OR
2. Original or Xerox Copy of CR
3. Original Deed of Sale
4. For Schedule to bring your car to any TMG/PNP for macro Etching for Clearance
5. Two copies of CTPL Ins.
6. 2 Valid ID’s of the Vendor (Xerox)
7. 2 Valid ID’s of Vendee. (Xerox) ( Fee: P3,500.00 + P1,500.00 if outside Metro Manila )
PROCESSING: 3 to 7 working days processing if CR is in Metro Manila, 5 to 7 working days if outside Metro Manila

Seeking your help. Pasensya na if I had to tell the whole story first before proceeding with my question.

kasi nagpatulong ako sa pag-register ng change engine. Ok naman ang takbo pero nag kaproblema ako after namin makuha yung clearance from krame para sa lifting of alarm (may stolen/recovered status kasi yung car). According sa taga-ayos ko she asked somebody from LTO diliman to pull out my records. Unfortunately nawala yung records. Sabi niya ayaw daw pumayag na pagawaan ako ng cr until makita yung records. so needless to say inabot ng 3 mos di pa rin nakita yung records. So about a week ago pumayag na raw i-isyu yung cr kaso wala pa daw pirma. Ngayon naman sinasabi ng taga ayos ko na may problema daw sa computer file kasi yung car file number ko daw na nakaregister sa LTO diliman is ex. 138 pero sa las pinas its 134. so ngayon naman kailangan daw mag undergo ng RSU (reset system upgrade or upload) yung sa stradcom para daw maayos itong discrepancy para daw mapirmahan na raw yung CR. This RSU thing will take again another 3 weeks to complete.

I need an expert on this. I need to know if there is validity dito sa mga procedures na sinsasabi ng taga-ayos ko or niloloko lang nila ako? Is there such a thing as RSU sa procedure ng LTO or stradcom? Please help. thank you.

First Question, Ang penalty po ay 50% of the MVUC amt ex. if the MVUC is 2,000 penalty is 1,000 plus MVUC amt of 2,000 plus Misc. 329.06 Total 3,329.06.
Second, Ang Crime lab at PNP-TMG ay located sa kapitolyo ng pasig.Ipag tanong mo pag pasok mo sa loob ng kapitolyo.
Third ang bayad ay sa Land bank lang 300.00 ang minimum depende kung ilan ang Deed of sale pag dalawa plus 100 pag may change Engine plus 100.Meaning 100 kada transaction.
Fourth Ipa register mo muna ang sasakyan para walang hassle sa huli.Thats the only way.
Fifth yung 3,500 naman po ay sa non appearance sa LTO exept for the TMG-PNP Clearance.
and last puede kong ilakad yan.3,500 plus registration.

1)ano po yung confirmation of cr/or na nabasa ko sa lto website? sa makati kasi yung CR yun OR sa pasig na.
2) yun po bang endorsement of insurance company to new owner pano po makukuha?

1)Ang Confirmation po kinukuha kapag ang CR ay sa Province tapos ililipat sa NCR ang CR kasi nasa NCR na nakatira ang present owner ng sasakyan.Ang Confirmation ay pina pa confirm ang Signature at CR kung tama at duon talaga galing,at saka lang gagawin ang transfer of ownership kung saan malapit na LTO nakatira ang pag lilipatan ng sasakyan.ex. Cubao nakatira sa LTO(Camp Aguinaldo) 20th Ave. i Process
2) ang Indorsement po ay depende sa CTPL Ins na ginamit nung dating may ari ex. Great Domestic,First Integrated,Pacific Union etc. sa Ins Company mismo kukunin ang Ins Endorsement.
Hassle talagang mag transfer ng sasakyan madaming requirements at maraming pupuntahang ahensya like LTO,PNP Ins. para mawala ang ganitong hassle.Let us register and Transfer the Ownership of your car .

i was involved in an accident two months ago and my license was surrenderred to the Makati traffic office. it will expire this May but since i have a pending court case, di pa daw nila mabibigay sakin yung license ko. we need to wait for the resolution pa daw bago ibalik sakin. they gave me a temporary license, yung parang ticket na pwede ko daw gamitin. my question is, pwede pa rin ba ako magpa-renew using that temp license? kasi if i'll wait for my license to be returned, matagal pa yun ang may fee na sigurado.

Dapat mag issue lang ng ticket na involve in trafic accident.Accident nga hindi naman sinasadya.I dont know if there is any trafic rule's na dapat i comfiscate ang license pag na involve sa trafic accident,not unless may iba ka pang violation like expired na ang Car registration or may iba ka pang inpending trafic violation.

Plates w/ middle digits 1,2 & 3 will register on the first week of the month
Ex. AAA-111, AAA-121 & AAA-131

Middle Digits 4 5 & 6 will register on the second week of the month
Ex. AAA-141, AAA-151 & AAA-151

Middle Digits 7 & 8 will register on the Third week of the month
Ex. AAA-171 & AAA-181

Middle digits 9 & 0 will register on the 4th week of the month
Ex. AAA-191 & AAA-101

Failure of the MU owner to register on the weekly registration,a Surcharge op P 200.00 is inposed until the end of the moth.Only MV w/ middle digit 9 & 0 will not be penalized if register until the end of the month.

Kasi di ba binili nya yung kotse sa original owner, dapat may deed of sale, kaso nawawala.

Mabibili ko pa ba yung kotse kahit walang first deed of sale? pano ko ma transfer of ownership yun?

Sir ang bayad namin sa TMG/PNP 1,500 plus MVIS Inspection 500 and 1,000 sa LTO sir kung nag punta pa kayo ng region 2 hindi lang 1,500 ang ginastos nyo hindi nyo binilang ang gasoline nyo.Opo mahirap kumita ngayon pero mahirap din ang work ng transfer.Kung may time kayo na i trnsfer ang car nyo okey po yun sir menus gatos siguro para sa inyo.

TMG for transfer of ownership is 1500? Less than P500 lang yang kung babayaran mo sa LandBank mismo...
Saka why the need to go to region 2 to fix the papers e P100 lang ang change location.

I asked for a qoute once from a fixer and a transfer only cost 1300 kasama na lahat pati TMG and LTO fees

I spent 3500 din for another "professional" fixer (sorry sa term ha) to get my 2nd vehicle under my name. Mahal, if you think about the official cost - around 1300 if isabay mo sa annual renewal ng car. Unfortunately, official cost does'nt work - unless gusto mo lagawin sa mga pila ng LTO and TMG. So, there's 2 ways:

true cost - if ikaw maglakad and you give the pang-padulas yourself. you play the system yourself.
pro cost - get the pros who normally have an office/biz

So:
official cost: around 1,300 if kasabay ng yearly renewal
true cost: around 2,000-2,500. Kasama na gas, food, etc mo.
professional cost: 3500

So, what do i get for extra 1,500 from a pro? NO hassle, no time wasted, no bs to keeup with, and "reliability". They do everything for you, and meron kang hawak na papers to go after them if they screw-up. (receipt or yung "contract")

1,500 - way better than using up 2 VLs (in form of 4 na halfday leave) just to get this done.

I would like to seek advise/tips from this thread. I got my 2nd hand car and I need to change its ownership under my name. It was already registered for 2009 last January outside Metro Manila but within Luzon.

Questions lang po,

1. What if change ownership + another resgitration for 2009,
a. how much would it cost me if ako ang lalakad?
b. how much if ipapalakad ko?

Can you show me the breakdown of expenses and process if possible?

2. How much would it cost me for the deed of sale being notarized?
Mahal kasi if 10% of the total price value of the car. I hope you could refer a cheap notary office within Metro Manila (and legal at the same time).

a. Is it ok if I will not declare the real price value in the deed of sale? What will be the hassle I will encounter with this?


As of now, these are the questions bugging me.. Help me please...
