General Info on When to Register your car to Avoid the penalty of P200.00

Plates w/ middle digits 1,2 & 3 will register on the first week of the month
Ex. AAA-111, AAA-121 & AAA-131

Middle Digits 4 5 & 6 will register on the second week of the month
Ex. AAA-141, AAA-151 & AAA-151

Middle Digits 7 & 8 will register on the Third week of the month
Ex. AAA-171 & AAA-181

Middle digits 9 & 0 will register on the 4th week of the month
Ex. AAA-191 & AAA-101

Failure of the MU owner to register on the weekly registration,a Surcharge op P 200.00 is inposed until the end of the moth.Only MV w/ middle digit 9 & 0 will not be penalized if register until the end of the month.

Yes may DTI at Buss permit ako.Parang Travel Agency na kukuha ng Pass Posrt sa DFA,Ganun din sa LTO kung ayaw mong pumila punta ka sa akin sa Sucat Pque ang Office ko.Anf offer ko Service duon sa mga Busy at walang oras kung sa palagay mo kaya mong mag rehistro go ahead.Service lang po ako mga papi.

hehehe, kaya nga me camera yung emission testing center para maiwasan ang "shortcut", yet here you are offering your services as legal? Sana kahit yung owner na lang magpa emission tapos the rest would be handled by you. Atleast malaman man lang kung health hazard yung sasakyan nya.

nagagawa din ito ng mga CASA, kaya nila maregister ang kotse natin without appearance... mas mahal lang bayad sa smoke emission, siguro lagay nga... doesn't mean na legal siya.

Yup annual registration ang sinasabi ko, may ganung offer ang casa, for the past 4 years lagi ako pinapadalhan ng letter regarding registration nila w/ non-appearance smoke emission testing, lagi din ako nagaavail, not sure lang kung illegal siya since casa yun. (both honda and toyota meron)

Every accredited emission testing center is required to have a webcam installed to eliminate the non-appearance of vehicles during smoke emission testing. So that means you HAVE to bring your car for examination. This part is mandatory. I should know because I have previously worked with the IT company connected to LTO.

And testing centers issuing a certificate of compliance even if the vehicle is not physically present during the emission testing has been an issue for so long. People finding ways to bypass the legal procedures for car registration is really disappointing.

Never heard of no-show registration (w/o emission test) as being legal. Of course the CASA also has their own "tiga lakad" people. It's just the matter of the price really.
