medyo nag second thought ako in submiting my resume and TOR when i read this thread, I received a letter from them inviting me to apply at azeus as tester..

now i'm confused if i'll apply or not.. i'm not much into programming, but i'm considering the invitation since its not really hardcore programming but only testing the software..

any advice?

really? mkhang lumalakas na loob ko ah.. hehe.. kamusta naman daw sya dun? I mean, how is she coping with the work load? I suppose may training sya dun, ilang months ang training?

^not sure kung gaano katagal ang yung training nila. In terms of workload, well, kung anuman yung reklamo niya eh pareho lang ng reklamo ng IT grads dun he he. Tulad ng nasabi ng iba rito, talagang long work hours at inaabot sila ng 10 pm. Meron daw silang "dinner" allowance or something pag ginagabi sila kaya ayun, nagsisipagtabaan silang lahat. he he

hmmm.. less than 2 weeks after nung exam ko binigyan na ako ng sched for interview.

2 questions *** binigay s kin for technical interview (may time limit bawat question).
*** first, logic lang kailangan mo.. bbigyan k nla ng problem then klangan bigay mo *** condition n magfall *** desired scenario nila..
*** 2nd, madali lang.. systems analysis.. bbgyan k nila ng systems procedure then aftr mo basahin magttanong interviewer mo kung bkit ganun *** ginawang procedure.. less than an hour tapos n *** interview..

tapos ng first exam ko sa kanila, wala na kong nareceive na sched for 2nd exam and interview, hindi ko na rin finollow up kc feeling ko bagsak din ako e, ang hirap ng exam nila, nanghula lang ako in almost all the questions.. hehe..

ok ba magwork sa azeus? ok ba ang paggamit ng internet (for research) during work hours? pwede ba magdala ng laptop at pda's sa office? kung laging may OT, may shower room ba dyan?? do they train their employees abroad? or do they send their employees abroad for business trips and/or project demonstrations? how big are the salary increases in terms of percentages? annual ba ang appraisal? do they give more than a 13 month pay? what about bonuses and stock options?? lastly may mga company-sponsored summer vacations ba dyan? so many questions, so little time....

for developers they will give you 10 tricky math problems. if you pass that you will be scheduled for an interview. pakabait ka lang and you should be ok with the interview. after which, merong huling technical exam where you will be asked to code your solution to a certain problem

ey guys, may job offer ako sa azeus, meron din from accenture. nang mabasa ko tong thread na to natakot ako sa azeus, kaso ang laki talaga ng difference ng salary nya sa accenture 11000. kaya eto ko ngayon di alam ang gagawin!
