Sino kaya gaganap na knight of flowers?
Sensya na, more than a decade na akong geek dito sa series, waiting and all.
Yan ang maganda sa HBO, it does not really matter talaga if a show gets huge share on its ratings. Naniniwala kasi sila sa mga series nila kaya narerenew. As for GoT, malaki din kasi production cost so why not continue na rin.
Loras Tyrell in HBO's viewer guide.
[spoiler start]may intimate scene daw si Renly at Loras sa series, which is different from the books as their relationship is only implied.[spoiler end]
Haniel: I don't think it's on HBO here yet. Almost every US tv show is up on the net(illegally in this case) within a few hours nowadays. Tell your uncle to learn about torrents- they even have it on HD.
Maybe Spoilery
I wonder how they're gonna handle the backstory of Robert's Rebellion?
In my nightmares they have Joffrey, Myrcella and Tommen on a couch with Robert offscreen.

Our boy George R R Martin is included inTIME's 100 Most Influential People in the World in 2011. Here's an excerpt:
loved the comparison they made with The Wire, arguably the best television series ever. Here's another one:had two missions last summer. One was to watch The Wire because I was tired of admitting I hadn't seen it. The other was to read George R.R. Martin's A Game of Thrones.
The experiences turned out to be surprisingly similar. Both kidnapped me to intimately drawn worlds with stories of a grim conflict and characters so achingly human that you end up rooting, tragically, for both sides. And neither one has dragons in it — at least, not at first. Martin, 62, is as fine a researcher as he is a storyteller, and he packs in enough miserable fact about the meanness of medieval life that it occasionally echoes Baltimore in its harshness.
lol.But I'll still feel compelled, like all those fans of The Wire, to pull you aside and tell you that Tyrion Lannister is the best character in fiction since Stringer Bell and that if you have not read these books, you should be ashamed of yourself.
A toast to GRRM's health and success, he needs to finish the damn books first before he bites the dust lol!
I think jeoffrey is going to be the most hated character in an hbo original show, i hated this little **** with passion. I thought daenerys is a really good casting decission mukhang goddess, and it seems all the kids are older than the ones in the book especially daenerys and jon snow. Weren't daenerys and sansa are in the same age? I thought cersei is the most interresting character in the book and tyrion is also my favorite. I cant wait to see when daenerys eats the stallion's heart and viserys coronation scene. And i think i'm going to skip episode 9 cause i think that's the part in which i threw the book across the room sa inis, baka ihagis ko rin yung remote at may mabasag pa ako.
ingat lang tayo sa spoilers guys, mababasa yan ng mga di pa nakakapanood.
@haniel how did you know that that moment is in episode 9? insider info? :-)
@Bhodi Li
ako naman [spoiler start]ala-300 with freeze shots on Robert and Rhaegar at the Trident, with ulan and kidlat for dramatic purposes[spoiler end] hehehe

Episode 2 preview: The Kingsroad
Astig yung pagkakasabi ni Benjen na "Welcome". Joseph Mawle is doing a hell of a job portraying Benjen Stark kahit na konti lang screen time niya. [spoiler start]baka siya rin gumanap na Coldhands [spoiler end] if we get that far...
Come on guys. I'm fine with the previews etc but spoiling the story for those who haven't read the book is disrespectful. I'm pretty sure ayaw niyo kayo kayo lang rin mag uusap after a few episodes. So let others enjoy the story with little to no spoilers
You can use spoiler tags if you can't resist.

I hope we can nab a major award on the Emmys for the series to become more popular, a 'cult-phenomenon ala Sopranos' popular I mean.

ganda ng episode kanina.![]()
@chemmy glad you enjoyed it too. have you read the books?
I can see at the end of episode 2 that non-reader viewers already realized that this is no Lord of the Rings or Harry Potter :-)
Episode 2 memorable quotes:
"Better looking b*tches than you're used to uncle."
-Joffrey Baratheon
"I just want to stand on top of the Wall and piss off the edge of the world."
"Death is final whereas life is full of possibilities."

"My brother has a sword and I have my mind. The mind needs books like a swords needs a whetstone."
-Tyrion Lannister
"Strange thing the first time you cut a man. I realize we're nothing but sacks of meat, blood and some bones to keep it all standing."
"Give my regards to the Night's Watch. I'm sure it will be thrilling. And if it's not, it's only for life."
-Jaime Lannister
"All the best swords have names you know."
"First lesson: Stick 'em with a pointy end."
-Jon Snow
"Sansa can have her sewing needles. I have a Needle of my own."
"I know which end to use."

-King Robert Baratheon
"A trader from Qarth once told me that dragons come from the moon. He told me the moon was an egg, Khaleesi. That once there were two moons in the sky, but one went too close to the sun and it cracked from the heat. Out of it pour a thousand, thousand dragons and they drank the sun's fire."
"Are you a slave, Khaleesi? Then don't make love like a slave."
-Doreah
"It is known."
-Jhiqui/Irri
"He ran. Not very fast."
-Sandor "The Hound" Clegane
I love episode 2. This is turning to be my favorite na this year! Galing, pati cinematography talaga parang movie ang dating![]()
@SenClayDavis
nabasa ko na ang first three books pero nagaalangan akong basahin ang fourth book. sabi ng friend ko hindi raw gaanong maganda.
Great 2nd episode. I'm loving Aarya and Tyrion's characters. Hopefully the show doesn't do a Carnivale and gets an abrupt end in season 2. That was one great show that had a production as good as this one but can't quite cut it to the audience.
Daenerys' acting was better this episode. Props to Peter Dinklage's acting skills.
I find the actress playing Sansa very pretty.
To those who have read the book, any significant changes in the plot?
