For you to get P16,500 base salary, you need to pass mock call and "Step Plus" exam, it's like berlitz which are part of the hiring process. If you do, you will get P16,500 base pay + P5000 allowances, if you sum it up, it's 21,500. Quarterly Performance bonus is dependent on you score card. If you will also be staying for a year, you'll get additional P1,000 allowance. The rest of the benefits are available upon hire or day 1 of your training.

Quarterly Performance Bonus is BONUS, you'll get your regularization increase after 6 months.

Ang maganda sa CVG, after u get regularized. u can have pay increase every time u pass or exceed ur scorecard for three consecutive months. Dats aside from the yearly increase ull get. I have ofcmates before na 17plus per cutoff suweldo ksi lagi tumataas pay nila (mga matagal n s company). minsan pwersahan na sila promote para di na tumaas sweldo lol. madalas mas malaki sweldo ng ahante kesa s trainer or SME.

i am more than 4 year agent of a local bank's call center, I am considering CVG SL site because of its proximity. hanggang final interview ako umabot (tha's after the comm test). yung step Step Plus exam ba is after the final interview, we're still deciding kasi kung magTSR ako nung interviewer, i guess kaya hindi pa ako pinakuha ng step plus exam? kasi yun agad offer sakin sa AT&T kaya medyo pinagisipan ko muna

Hi. I am a newbie and haven’t had any call center experience (though I have a solid background in Customer Service). I applied to a couple of call centers this month and have narrowed them to two (sitel and convergys). My priority is convergys due to it close proximity from home. During my interview, my interviewer said that he feels I will not last and that I was not for the industry given my background (not really sure what he meant by that). Having said this, he offered me a seasonal job for their macy’s account. I was a bit disappointed by I said I would wait for their call for the JO. This a far cry from the welcome I got from Sitel..Even their Operations Manager said it is very rare to find a goldmine and he wanted me to start right away (as in the next day). He was fearful daw that If I go for a later date, I might get hired by another call center. This is a natural booster to once self confidence and if not for the fact that it is 2 hours away from home, I wouldn’t be so confused…that would be a no brainer….
Anyway, here is where it gets confusing…I get a message from my interviewer last night saying for me to go today for my JO….So I went. Upon getting there, they said that they postponed the JO for Macy’s since they are again “:fine tuning” the contract. Furthermore, they had me take additional tests to see if they could profile me for another account. I did take the additional tests and was informed that they would inform me as to the JO date. I am willing to wait but I sure hope there are not giving me the runaround because that would be so unfair. I am so confounded and Ireally don’t know what is going on..In the meantime, I am running out of time for the other company who is really eager to employ me…haist!!!!

Has someone signed a seasonal account for macy’s really recently? Lastly do you know what hmo convergys has and if they also have life insurance? Would appreciate anyone’s input… Anyone with the same experience? HELP!!!

Macy's in CVG SLZ is a really good account, laging avail dyan at maganda management. Hindi na sya seasonal but pag malapit na holiday nagrramp up sila. I have a friend there na super saya ng buhay nya. Maybe HR is thinking of profiling you sa ibang like paypal, comcast or uverse.

PS: BAsic salary is really small and no pther perks aside from the 2500 for comcast account but I figured as much. It is just a relief that this is 5 mins away from home...nothing beats that...

You will be asked to take step plus if you are willing to apply for for a TSR Universal Agent Post. So you will eligible for higher base salary based on your years of experience. Else, you would be profiled to a CSR post without the additional P 2,500 tech premium allowance.
