pero seryoso nga, ano yung qualifications? Nag-submit ako ng resume dun sa email add pero wala pang tawag. Gano katagal normally bago sila mag-reply?

also applied at Oracle in Net2 for Applications Engineer position. took 2 sets of exams (developer and dba), and a panel interview (i think they're managers). i was called up the ff week and told i passed the screening and exam and will be endorsed to their us hq. that was last week. i was also told by one of the managers that the recruitment normally takes some time, but he didn't really say how long.

they moved the training to March 2 so March 2 pa start date ko.

Gano katagal after mo mag-submit ng resume ka natawagan?

^hindi ka rin ba tinawagan? nag-exam or na-interview ka na ba?

nakapag-exam and interview po. and got an offer.

^ahh, buti ka pa! ba't ka nanghihinayang? how long bago ka nakatanggap ng offer?

^ kasi gusto ko sa oracle.. kaso ang tagal nila. ayun. hehe.. tagal bago ko nakuha yung offer from them. Dec pa ako naghihintay, Feb na nila ako nicontact for that.

Nd tlaga ko nag submit ng resume, na pick out lang daw sa jobstreet resume ko, tapos tinanong ako kung interested for developer or dba position. na sked ako d following week. another week after, tinawagan na ko, pasado daw ako, at ie-endorse na daw sa us hq. un na *** huli kong tawag. mga 2 weeks na un. tingin ko ok pa rin naman *** application matagal lang talaga. may open position pa daw for another developer noon d ko lang alam kung meron pa rin.

Ah ok. Ang swerte naman. I think I'll just have to wait for their reply kung may reply man. I think almost 2 weeks na since nag-send ako ng resume. Sana may open spots pa.

ako nga October 31, January 5-10 dumating yung offer letter. Patience talaga! Naparanoid din ako dati! hehehe!
