frog legs (deep fried)
alligator (jerky & alligator tail nuggets)
jellyfish (shredded jellyfish salad)

tikling (some kind of birds na hinuhuli at iniihaw sa zambales)

Here's what I've tried so far (in malaysia, china, korea, taiwan and indonesia):
mountain fox
monitor lizard
turtle
deer meat
ant wine
freshwater eel
dog soup
stinky tofu
But the best ones were the donkey jerky and donkey preserved meat from Xi'an in China. I've been feeling like an @ss ever since.
