the no.1 reason is BAD or INEFFICIENT and INCOMPETENT superiors/bosses.

working with or under a person who makes your work and your life so difficult instead of motivating and helping you perform better, is not worth the salary you get, no matter how big it is. i would accept a salary less than what i want or i usually get if i would be working with positive and proactive people in an environment where career development and personal growth is encouraged.

bakit naman? bakit ka ba nalagay sa training na yun? how's your stats by the way? from what i heard they are putting agents on training so that their stats would improve (CSAT, AHT, and QA).

honestly speaking, buti nga may ganyang initiative yung company, other call centers will just terminate you right away without notice. buti nga may training for you to be able to catch up on your stats which would cost the company a lot more using their resources.
