I am actually new to this industry, I came from the audit field and i'm planning to pursue further studies this June, eh ayoko namang maging inutil at forever asa nalang sa parents kaya naisip ko mag apply sa call center. nag apply ako dito 2 days ago, naka pag exam na ako pasado po ako...sabi tatawagan nalang dawa ako for interview... tatanung ko lang sana kung anu po b klase ang process nila???hindi ko kasi alam if after ng exam, eh initial interview palang...ska penge naman po ng tips jan for interview final or initial...thanks alot

Mag tatanong lang... una po ba talga ang exam nila bago initial interivew??? kasi tinawagan nila ako for exam so hindi na ako walk-in pinag take nila ako ng exam then thanks God nakapasa nama nako...sabi lang nila tatawagan daw nila ko for interview...gusto ko lang sana malaman if un palang *** initial interview....pahingi nadin ng tips mga friend para sa interview...thanks
