ano ba ang pinagkaiba ng SSS disability and SSS sickness benefits?

ang alam ko yung sss disability kapag may nawala or tinanggal sa katawan mo.. example 1 finger, 1 leg, etc. tapos ang sickness naman kapag naospital ka for more than 5 days and then hindi paid yung sick leaves mo.. meaning hindi ka pa pwede magavail ng sick leaves or naubos mo na yung SLs mo..

pero bat ganun? meron kaming employee.. tinanggal yung uterus nya.. tapos nung pinafill up ko sya ng disability claim, hindi tinanggap ng sss office. dapat daw sss sickness.. e kaya nga disability yung pinafill up ko sa kanya kasi operada sya.. pumunta pa nga dun yung employee para mapakita nya yung sugat.. ano ba ****? hay.. ang hirap..

Who is qualified for disability benefit under the new program?

A member who suffers partial or total disability with at least one monthly contribution paid to the SSS prior to the semester of contingency is qualified.

What are some of the permanent partial disabilities?

yikes.. mali nga ako.. kakabalik nga lang nya galing sa leave nyang napakatagal.. ngayon pa lang kami magnonotify.. iaaccept pa kaya ng sss yun?

^^wait, was the person confined at the hospital? if yes, you may file within a year from date of confinement.

if it was only home confinement, then you have 10 calendar days to notify SSS.

they will accept, however the number of approved days will be lessened because of late filing.

that's what i know. correct me if i'm wrong, or if there are any new policies.

^ yup.. she was confined in a hospital.. actually, pasulpot-sulpot lang sya kasi hindi pa sya totally magaling.. e ang sss naman pag tinawagan mo minsan *** namang maisagot sayo.. sila pa ang galit kaya ako, wala ring matakbuhan..

^^hay naku ganyan talaga sss noh... kahit sa bir... philhealth... mas grabeh sa philhealth... ang trunkline naka set sa fax... and it's true because the aunt of my colleague says they actually do it on purpose. kaya hala sulat ako sa chairman nila.

anyway, sa sss, there are assigned people who handle certain companies. you need to know kung sino ang account officer ninyo, kung baga, and then coordinate with them.

basta file mo lang. para in the end you know you did your job.
