Supposing na makapasok ka sa UPD, let alone sa course na ito, maaari rin itong maging magandang pre-law.
Ang pinakamaganda rito, marami paring trabaho kahit ito lang ang kurso mo (ganun din sa econ).

How can you say that History is a good pre-law? I'm in Philosophy-BSA course now, but i'm thinking of changing my liberal arts to other social sciences like History, political science, psychology etc..I actually love History, is that a good choice for pre-law?

When we talk about the skills needed in law school the following pre-law course are the most advisable, if not the best, to take before going to Law:

Philo- dahil law requires a lot of reading and thinking

Literature/English- dahil law requires good grammar , writing and a lot or reading.

Accountancy- Dahil accountancy course has a lot of law subjects like taxation and commercial laws whic are also the core subjects of the law proper.

Legal Management-obvious na ito dahil yung mga subject dito ay pareho lang ng kukunin mo sa lawschool. BUt siyempre yung mga law subejct sa leg man parang pang elementary level lang pag dating sa law.

Accountancy.

Accountancy majors may have the same set of skills as philo, english and polsci majors (critical thinking, structure of thought, grammar etc) but Philo and polsci majors can never have the same advantage as Accounting majors (tax,oblicon,commercial law, CPA license). Law admission departments know this, kaya they are always scrambling to get CPA applicants.

Not only that if ever pag di ka tumuloy sa law, or di mo matapos law mo, there are innumerable high paying jobs waiting for you

^Actually anything can be a pre-law. May kakilala ako na ang prelaw niya chemistry. There's even a lawyer in congress na may prelaw na music

Personally, get the course that you really want. Pwede ka naman kasing kumuha ng law kahit anong course mo eh.

For example, kung love mo chem edi chem. Then, maglaw ka. Iyon ang plan ko eh.

For me, sayang kung kukunin mo law oriented na course, kasi malilimit ang mundo mo.. Wala lang, imagine mo kung lawyer slash accountant ka. Or lawyer slash chemist. Imbes na lawyer slash pol sci major. Well, opinion ko lang naman.
