== Welcome To The Ncaa Tourney==

Welcome to the new edition of NCAA Tourney thread.

We congratulate the San Beda Red Lions for a threepeat performance of the NCAA 84 season. A day after winning the coveted/elite league championship, I can't help but shake my head for all the bashings and positive congratulatory remarks. Bashers who were like maggots in a dung vindicating themselves of the lost championship...

As expected, the Red Lions self proclaimed DYNASTHREE has been achieved...I also salute the gallant stand of JRU for putting up an all heart-out games, hoping to end their 36 years drought without winning the championship that went for naught. You have nothing to be ashamed of.

Certainly, this season is one of the most exciting season ever since the departure of Ateneo and La Salle has long been forgotten. The rivalry of San Beda and Letran made it more exciting than ever. Final week of the elimination causes the organizers to go back to their rule book to determine who will be in the playoff, as 4 teams JRU, MIT, LETRAN and SCC were tied for 2 to 5 spot..

Thanks wholly for all the teams this season, especially :

The emergence of Mapua Cardinals who beat the Red Lions in the 2nd rd and playoff that almost put them on the brink of eliminations.

Kudos to Knights of Letran, who according to their master tactician Coach Louie Alas before the start of the season that he is not expecting his team to be in the final four.

And oh, the once mighty San Sebastian Golden Stags who I still believed the team to reckon with next year even the rumored departure of Ballesteros and Viray. Great season.

Let's not overlook the rebuilding teams of UPHDS and CSB Blazers. For Blazers who played as spoilers with a successful upset victory over Mapua that altered the already chaotic standings.

To Bay Cristobal's Altas, I know it's not fun watching your team loses, but hey! next season will be different and I wish you all the luck..

For PCU Dolphins..you will be miss...

and to the rumored entry of EAC Generals..welcome to NCAA..the most elite and glamorous league...

Before I end, again may I remind you folks that we are entitled to our own opinion and one should never take things personally because this is just a cyberspace. I hope we will continue to realize that no matter what school we came from , we should be of equal level .

Respect the opinion of others and ignore the unsolicited responses....
lets hope to see a better postings and be thankful for the informations we received and read.

NCAA is old news, UAAP na ang bida ngayon.

Sports ba o education?

Okei fine ncaa is a major Philippine sports leage, pero palagay ko NCAA would always and forever be behind the shadow of UAAP.

At the end of the day, sports lang yan. Same with other UAAP schools. Sad but true.

NCAA is second nalang, if not third, fourth, etc.

NCAA had it's moment of glory...

Now that the NCAA 84 Basketball season is over, let's not forget that we still have some other sporting events ready for the second semester. I still believe that we should continue to support our school athletes for the coming events on Beach Volleyball, Table Tennis, Tae-Kwon-Do, Track and Field, etc...

friend ng lahat Mr theo78 will continue to update us and encourage everyone to support our team.

In my opinion, SSC-R at Letran lang ang nakakamatch sa teams ng UAAP kapag Volleyball ang pinaguusapan. Correct me if I'm wrong.

malapit na bakbakan sa season 85. Palagay ko malakas ang San Sebastian, JRU and San Beda. Darkhorse ang Blazers and Letran. Mapua medyo siguro mag jell sa 2nd round.
