wood parquet o laminated wood o hardwood flooring ba??
ako hands down hardwood flooring. yun eh kung may source and budget. tanguile hardwood floor ok na.

second option is granite sa walkways on your second floor then laminated wood sa rooms.

    opinion lang po

how about parquete o simulated wood tiles? Hardwood is good and all [antique narra floors gamit namin so ang saya] pero I think its going to be expensive.

It's part of the house na for decades. We usually use new narra pag me bumigay na narra plank though bilib ako sa tibay nung mga luma.

Some people would prefer na ang buong bahay e wood ang sahig or at least those simulated parquete or mga simulated wood tiles. Pag ang bahay mo puro classic ang furniture then wood is good.

Pag Machuca yan, pag nadumihan e at least magmumukhang antique which is sobrang bagay sa bahay namin.

but i fully agree. if may source and budget, go for the best! timeless pag narra wood and interiors and furnishings mo. bukol lang ang abot ng mga chikiting na malilikot

not necessarily. if gusto mong kasing astig ni jeremyv then go hard wood all the way ground floor, stairs hanggang sa ibang floors.
medyo madugo lang sa budget and maintenance. gaya ng sabi ni jeremyv, dapat laging iba-buff para makintab and hindi kinakapitan ng mga dumi.

pero ok rin na combi ng tiles and hardwood ang house. may touch ng modern and classic design.

Lulz. Last time kami naglagay ng bagong plank was 7 years ago bago nagka-ban.

Kahit wood tiles o wood flooring e malayong masmahal.

Concrete paint is one of the easiest and i suggest Tiles is best one or else vinyl.

7yeras ago? hala bawal na narra that time!

i agree with you malamang nga maganda bahay ni jeremyv

ok naman vinyl for short term stay sa place. but if you're expecting long term and you own the house, mas advisable pa rin ceramic tiles or better granite tiles. parang recall ko last year i bought ceramic tiles at mariwasa warehouse, 12"x12" @11.50/pc lang. sakto naman yung nabili ko for the floor area. kasi nung bumalik ako wala nang ganung design.

but if appealing sayo ang vinyl tiles, go for it

    roughly 520 pieces @ .30 x .30 vinyl tiles. I think. LOL

  15. #35

Whhaatt?? 520 pieces? Kung 520 pcs x 15 pesos for vinyl.. mga 7k plus!!! Grabe, wala pang pandikit yun ah..

for ceramic tiles, hindi ko lang alam how many bags of cement macoconsume. mas mahal ng konti kapag tile cement plus tile grout pa. then madugo rin ang labor. around 10-14k magagastos if ever.

hiya! to clarify lang ha. Meron kasing real granite and they're usually huge and expensive. From different sources din. Meron yung simulated granite tiles which I just call fake kasi its just a tile that looks like granite. Those are cheaper and more practical for anyone below the Class A socioeconomic group.
