    Tiles, Vinyl or Ceramic Wood?

Which one is the best para sa flooring ng house?

    Tiles for me.

imported italian/ spanish tiles if you are willing to spend the money. the china tiles' color palette is on the medyo baduy side eh.

    or mariwasa. atleast get mariwasa.

mariwasa is probably the safest and its very sturdy and watertight. I recommend you get those fake granite tiles from China na 24x24 ang dimensions. Its easier to clean and it will make your place look more expensive even if the material isn't. The usual sources - Wilcon's Depot and that company that specializes on Chinamade tiles na maraming branches. Forgot the name.

Bad thing with China Made tiles is that any liquid seeps through it. If you have a pet with zero-bladder control, you have wipe the floor asap or it will stain the floor permanently or else you'll have to explain to your visitors kung bakit me yellow puddle designs yung isa sa mga tiles mo hahahaha.

Color ng tiles - depende sa walls mo. White [Off-White siguro] is the safest in that it will fit most other colors sa room mo - specially on White, Red and Black walls.

Vinyl? As in plastic roll na ilalatag sa sahig? Madaling mascrape ng furniture ang vinyl design to the point na yung mismong vinyl e matatanggal. Not good if you're going to live there for more than 1 year.

Dumaan ka sa pinakamalapit na Floor Center, Wilcons o Home Depot for that kind of information and try to canvas for designs and prices. They should be able to help you on that part. I think Floor Center ata ang most affordable sa group so try starting there.

Kung gagamitin mo yun granite look china tile (24x24) in a 44 sq.m. You will be needing 134 pcs. x P200.oo each = P26,844.00 (Tiles only)

    + P5000.00 for cement & sand
+ ?????.00 Labor cost for tile setter.

=P36K ~ P38K. Pwede na ba sayo yun?

Medyo expensive nga ang tiles pero pang long term yan. Plus di ka magdudusa sa paglilinis since papunas punas lang - no muriatic acids, no industrial level cleaning detergents, no floorwax pa.

Pag vinyl na squares, expect 2 things - una high probability na me matatanggal habang nagmomove ka ng heavy object like a furniture, pangalawa expect na sisipsipin nya lahat ng dumi sa area nyo. Its cheaper pero you'll have to clean the dirt asap kasi pag pinabayan mo yung dumi talagang kakapit. I think nalinis ko lang yung vinyl tiles dun sa tinirhan kong apartment noon by using those things that can remove the dirt from old coins and lots of free time. Nevertheless, they still look like crap after throwing in every detergent to it.

tiles na lang. i find vinyl a bit tacky.

Haay.

just in case may mabasag o masira. kasi malay mo kung konti lang
    magmumukang maliit yung area.

Tnx

    Tiles, Vinyl or Ceramic Wood?
granite tiles for ground floor and laminated wood for 2nd floor

meron mariwasa warehouse sa QC. 2blocks away from banawe coming from welcome.

  19. #19
pag sossy ka nga e rubberized paint ang ilalagay mo sa floor [yung mga pang tennis court ata though better ask someone else if you're interested] though balita ko medyo may kamahalan pag ganun.

Maganda din ang effect e as seen on some of our local magazines.
