peeps, if you're talking if contractubex works for deep pitted acne scars or any depression on the skin, it does not...

the only solution for these types of scars are invasive procedures such as laser surgeries etc as well as punch excision...

I checked sa mercury drug, dermatix is 731 pesos. Kaso I just bought contractubex. I might try it pag naubos ko yung contractubex. I have some new acne scars kasi.

anong milligram/size po ng 731 pesos worth na dermatix? nakakaputi ba ng skin blemish sya? i had mosquito bites na kinamot ko at na-infect kaya lumaki kesa sa usual mosquito bite area, then umitim sya at medyo 2 months na di pa rin bumabalik sa dati. i hope contractubex or dermatix makagamot dito>?

gusto ko lang po sana malaman kung effective ba ang contratubex o dermatix matapos mag undergo CS operation.. last Jan 2009 po yung CS. makakatanggal po ba ito sa scar at pati na rin sa mga peklat lalo na kung matagal na during childhood days pa kasi sa pagbabike at ibapa..

Sorry ha! Pero hindi ako naniniwala sa mga pahid pahid para sa acne scars na baku-bako. It may lighten or reduce yung pagka-obvious pero malalim pa rin. Kelangan talaga yung mga lasers o chemical peels para mawala yung malalim na scar.

Before may 2inch sugat ako sa face dahil na-scratch ng kuko, i used Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Vitamin E Scar Serum, you can buy it sa Rustan's for about P1,000.00 (30ml bottle). Effective naman, walang mark or traces na nasugat ako on that part. As in parang walang nangyare. Pero kailangan machaga lang (I apply mga 4x a day), and oily siya, so best if naka aircon ka the whole day. I'm prone to form keloids btw.

I just bought Dermatix Ultra (P990.00 15g) and Contractubex Gel (P475.00 10g) from Mercury Drug. May raised scar (bagong scar from mole removal) kase ako sa face, so I'm applying Dermatix there para faster, while yung Contractubex, sa mosquito bite scars sa legs. We'll see how it goes.

7g lasts for a month for a 6-inch scar (that's what it says on the leaflet inside the box), but I was able to use it for 2 months
