    Caleruega Wedding

Hi people! I already booked this church for Sep.18 '09 wedding. Would like to ask from anyone some tips and advice for wedding suppliers and hotel near Caleruega. Hindi ba maulan ang month of Sep. in Tagaytay? Actually, my problem is the venue for our reception.I'm considering Splendido kaso medyo steep yung daan dun.Any suggestions is very much appreciated Thanks

My brother-in-law got married at Caleruega and the reception was held at Antonio's. It's a great venue for the reception. The only downside is that it is segregated into different parts. But it worked for them since the guests are easily divided into the groom's family, bride's family, and friends. However, if your wedding is the type that has programs, then Antonio's is not for you. The wedding I was referring to was simply formal dinner and socialization.

i attended a wedding in calaruega church and their reception is in soto grande clubhouse...the place is nice...they opt for a poolside reception rather than the covered area...

advise lang, consider the weather in tagaytay...the dinner wedding we attended is in january so super lamig then poolside pa, everything from the church to the reception was so picture perfect na sana kaso lang since super lamig at wala sa kami sa covered place, maraming guest ang umuwi ng maaga at di na tinapos ang program...sorry to say pero isa na kami dun kasi my bata kaming kasama and ginaw na ginaw...wawa naman...yun lang...sayang kasi preparation nyo if that happens...

or you may put an insert in your invites to bring some clothes to warm them up...

    congrats!!!

hi, im booked for a wedding at the chapel on the hill/sonya's garden sa july 18 2009. i suggest you try visiting sonya's, quite flexible naman sila kausap, you can bring in addl food/drinks for a small corkage fee lang, just in case you think that their food is too light.

i also need recommendations sa hotels/houses for rent near the area for my guests.

    thanks in advance!

    splendido is a great venue!

im getting married at caleruega too in june at from june to november eh maulan talaga. just pray lang and choose a covered reception venue to be safe which is what we did. we're having our reception at colossian garden. if you opt for an open venue naman, you should get tents as a back up plan.
