    Reading The Fashion Designers Article About Cebu Really Crushed My Heart.recently Got Married In Cebu . W/ High Hopes For A Dream Wedding Gown...and A Total Disaster!!!, I Arrived 1 Week Before My Wedding(currently Lived In U.s.), My 80% Paid Gown Never Materialise. I Arrived W/ A Skeleton Cloth With 'waist On The Hips, And Hipline To My Knees, No Beading ,no Laces, Cheap Cloth, 1 Gown For Entourage,--haaaayyy...just Trying To Hold My Temper, No Need To Panic Right?after All My Day Is 1 Week Away, 13 More Gowns To Be Made,heavy Beading That Hasn't Started Yet..so I Asked ,"are You Sure That This Is My Gown?,this Is Not My Design At All!'.the Designer Wasn't Around, He Was Only Present 1 Time For 3 Fittings Supposedly..by The Way ,my Picked Designer Was Salvador Malto, President ,fashion Designer Of Cebu, According To My Wedding Planner Techie Domingo Of Concepts Limited..so He Came Highly Recommended, Of Course He's The President.according To My Wedding Planner, Whatevr Magazine That I Showed And Left W/ Him( I Personally Spend$5000 Last Jan. Just To Fly Phils/cebu,to Meet,book W/ Designers,florist,invites,make Up Artist,church,etc).i Chose A Badgely Mischka Combined Monique Lhuillier Design- Im 4'10". Few Pcs. Fit Me Back In Los Angeles, So The Best Choice Would Be To Have A Cutourier Or I Will Ruin A Perfectly Made Dress.as Planner Stated , The "pinaka-bible" Of All Is The Designer's Drawing..who Wouldn't Be Shocked??!!!!so Whatevr The Bride Wants And Showed To Him Is Useless And Irrelevant?? ,bec.i Have To Follow The Designer?,the Heavy Beading At The Waist And Bust Area, They Put A"tagpi -tagpi Lace' Loosely Hanging Around Up To 2 Days Before My Wedding..i Wonder Who Is The Bride???who Will Wear The Gown?..in Short I Wore A Back Up Dress From Manila, Brought By My Aunt And Luckily It Fits.i Told The Designer, 2 Days Before D Wedding , Just Please Make Sure The Bridesmaids Gown Are Finished, As Of April 30th,2008, I Already Paid Him P60,000.00 ,shouldnt It Be Right That I Would See A Finished Product?
    Who Couldn't Pull Off A Greek Inspired Wedding?,soft Flowy Chiffon?charmeuse?,linens,cloths,cream,gold Motiffs?,of Course He Didnt, My Maid Of Honor,bridesmaids And I Were Sewing,putting Accents Until 0200 Am The Night Before My Wedding Day!,and To Top It All ,on My Wedding, My Wedding Planner ,wasn't Around Because She Was Waiting For 2 Gowns At The Shop, She Sent Her 3 Employee/staffs To Look For My Arrhae..so What Happened.... Im The Bride At The Make Up Chair, Got Up To Be Runner,coordinator ,for 30 Out Of Town Guests, I Made Sure There Was 4 Cottages At P4000.00/day For The Groomsmen,bridesmaids,sponsors Dressing Room....the Bride Delegates Who Goes To Who,what They Wear,evrybody's Asking Me ,,what,where, Who....my Wedding Planner Showed Up 30 Mins Before Going To Church...almost Evrything's Done, Chito Vecina, Photographer From Manila ,has To Ride An Elf Truck To Church....my Make-up Artist Fell Sorry For The Bride...yet Left Very Hungry As My Planner Stated,,did She Expect Me To Get Up And Fetch, Food 300 Meters Away?what Am I Paying P35,000 Or More?for An Absentee Coordinator?and After All The Tensions, My Wedding Planner Has The Nerve To Say," Honestly Rose, Your Gown Coud Have Been Finish If I Gave It The Chance...."!really?a 300-400 Hrs Of Beading,lacing Could Be Done In Less Than 24 Hrs?can Anybody Answer Me On These?,on The Bright Side ,church And Recption Decor Was Fantastic,just What Ive Envisioned,the Reception Went Really Smooth Thanks To My Professional Emcees, The Video Photos Presented By Chito Really Put A Smile Back On Our Faces!!great Job,the Ceremony Of Course Was Solemn Before I Forget,and Thank God For Perfect Sunny Weather, Friends Who Stick W/ Me Thru Good And Bad.. And My Supportive Groom /husband..my Family And His Who Shared It All W/ Us...anyway So Many Lessons Learned ...hopefully For The Next Brides.....even W/ Careful And 1 Year-6 Months Planning ,things Really Twist Around...but Please Please It's Not A Joke If The Couturier
    And The Wedding Planner Are The Source Of The Stresses.....
