sa taiwan, maraming teahouses especially sa Yingko county. Puede ka mag libreng tea drinking to your heart's content. masarap ang chrysanthemum flower tea, rose petals tea, green tea, etc. etc. and they love to show you how they serve tea properly. aabutin ka ng oras sa isang tea store kasi there are lots of things to see, smell, drink, taste and savor.
because pinoys have a thing for sweets and tea, is not sweet. patok satin is Iced Tea.

saan nakakabili nung zhen zhu nai cha? what kind of tea is it?
i'm weird but i mix cream with lipton yellow label tea. sometimes i add cream to my green tea din. people look at me funny
don't you love the smell of fresh tea leaves?
Lipton lemon green tea amoy tanglad talaga... i prefer mint tea d best.
My favorite is Chocolate Orange Truffle Black Tea. I like Spiced Chai also.
Chai means Tea so calling it Chai Tea is redundant.
Wasn't it because of the influence of Americans that Filipinos prefer coffee?
I never liked coffee, despite my parents being huge coffee drinkers. I preferred milk and Milo when I was younger, and drank tea only when I'm sick. Now, I love Twinings Earl Grey tea (loose leaf) with a little milk. I dunno why but it's very refreshing, even on hot days. I also like the tea they serve in Chinese restaurants. Is it Jasmine tea?
tea or chai lover din ako...
chai is what the arabs called for the tea...
My day is not complete without coffe or tea...
When i was younger my grandmother cook or boil tea from our backyard in pangasinan, tapos hinahaluan niya ng ginger...(pampaganda ng boses kuno at hanggang ngayon garalgal parin kung kumanta ako.)
Nang magtrabaho ako sa HK --6 to 7 glasses a day of coffee ang naiinom ko...But I lowered it to 3 cups a day nalang for health reason and I switch to nai-cha dahil masarap pala yong may milk...
pag nagbabakasyon akong pilipinas, My grandmother requested a pasalubong na tea...Buti naman kasi mas mura ang tea sa coffee..
Sa mga kapitbahay ko sa tagig nahawa sa akin kasi I give them tea with calamansi na malamig pag may bumibisita sa akin..PARANG LEMON TEA ang lasa daw.. at kung sa breakfast I give them tea with milk kaya nagtataka sila pwede daw pala ang may gatas sa tea...So pag vacation namin ang hinihingi na sa akin na pasalubong ay tea...
oy nakakatulong din ang tea sa pantangal ng pimples..kung tea lover ka makikita mo pag umihi ka sumasama yong ibang grease sa ihi mo...KIdding aside I always tell to a friend na maraming pimples uminom ng tea kung gustong mawala ang pimples..![]()
tea is an alternate for water
Malamang sa American influence, so Filipinos are more of a coffee drinker and proven na we have a special tooth for sweets. Kaya not much on hot tea, Iced tea definitely.
Chinese tea from Taiwan are good. Oolong tea from Fujian province and Taiwan, Chrysanthemum flower tea on the sweet side and Green tea from Hangzhou province is also good.
Tried Japanese green tea too and it's very refreshing. It's smell is aromatic. Tea is a good substitute for coffee and ideal after dinner.![]()
Pero ngayon nauuso na siya ha. May fan pages na nga rin sila. Like Twinings Tea, hehehe. May pa contest pa nga eh. My friend invited me to take the personaliTEA test ng twinings and I accepted her invite kasi sabi nya I can help her win an iPad daw hahaha. At ngayon, ako naman may gusto ng iPad kaya iniinvite ko na din friends ko to take the test at http://apps.facebook.com/personalitea
Like what Juan said, American influence. Kung nagtagal siguro ang mga Japanese sa atin, tea drinkers na rin tayo!
Anong Hindi? araw araw maraming tea... ang nagkalat kahit saan
Mat naka Teaback, may TeaBird and Maraming tea-tea
Drinking coffee is one of the many things that we inherit from the Americans, who are huge coffee lovers.
