what would you do if days before your wedding, nagkasakit kayo? as in yung sakit na nakakaapekto sa itsura like chicken pox, sore eyes, hives? bigla ko kasi naisip, paano kung nagkasakit ako? di pa ako nag chichiken pox eh. pahawa na kaya ako as early as now? ome year pa naman eh.

i seriously don't know, this rarely happens naman to brides i know. magpacheck up ka nalang may mga vaccines naman

yeah, get a flu shot. months before your wedding take vitamins and supplements na rin. exercise regularly so you'll get healthy and fit. in my case I took glutathione pa hindi ko naman napansin yung effect medyo fair complexion na kasi ako.

Be extra careful na lang, iwas ka sa mga tingin mong makaapekto sayo. make sure na may intake ka ng vitamins to stay healthy until your wedding, maintenance na lang din. Stay beautiful. Sabi nga nila, pinakamaganda ang babae sa araw ng kasal niya!
