Hay ako rin jobless. I graduated way back 2010 and I had my first job year 2011 I've only spent 2 months with that overrated company and I'm still looking for a job until now. I don't know where to apply but I'm looking to be a call center agent (as TSR) the problem is I'm not fluent in English esp when it comes to oral, I can write and express myself when it comes to written though. I don't know it must be due to nervousness and grammar confusion attack me when I talk. The only job I think right now is to apply on call centers since it's the only profitable career. *sigh*

@1hawk: ano ba ang totoong qualifications nila? Kasi, yun nga, HR Practitioner ako and hindi ata nila consider yung BPO/Call Center as a work experience. nakakabadtrip lang... sa tingin ko naman, wala namang kahinaan sa akin, it's so happen siguro na may pagkabobo minsan ang HR sa pagsource ng applicant, may mga HR na ganun e. Sana di na lang nila pinagsasayang ng oras at pagod kung di naman tanggap sa huli paper screening pa lang or they need to conduct phone interview first. Minsan kasi para lang makaquota ang mga Phone Screeners, basta nakaapply, papuntahin nila yung applicant sa office nila and that's it, di pala tanggap, sayang sa pera at pagod. dba?

Hindi ako jobless pero aggressively trying to find a new work. Hirap nga. Halos four months na ako pero walang nangyayari. Ang oonti ng tumatawag sa akin. Kaya tiis tiis muna sa work, hanggang wala pang malilipatan.

IMO, hindi na need ng pic unless yung inaaplyan mo requires pleasing personality. More on skills ang titignan pag mga technical naman at isa pa mas maganda makita ka sa interview personally hindi sa pic

May kilala akong matandang lawyer, kapag daw namimili siya ng resume sa isang tambak na resume, picture nalang ang tinitignan niya tapos saka niya titignan qualifications. Kanya kanya lang yan, may mga taong may pakialam sa picture, may mga taong wala.
