BIOCLEAR food supplement, magaling and effective daw talaga ito. Yan lang daw ang tuloy-tuloy na ininom ng friend ko kaya wala na syang pimples ngayon. Nirecommend daw ng aunt nya from Quezon. Ang alam ko nasa genes din if ever maganda ang kutis ng lahi nyo. Kasi ako kahit anong puyat ko, stress or usok hindi ako nagkakapimples.

Pero I use master twice a day and umiinom ako ng vitamins para ma maintain lahat.

Ako sobrang grabe ng pimples ko before, and nothing worked. What really put an end to my pimple problems was benzoyl peroxide (panoxyl 5%). I put that on my skin everyday before putting on my moisturizer and make-up. Initially my skin became reddish and there is a burning feeling at first, PERO after a couple of weeks and months, there was a noticeable improvement. Pa-isa-isang pimple na lang ang lumalabas, and mabilis rin mawala. Ngayon, half a year later, everyone says my skin is A LOT better. Nagpaderma ba raw ako. And the answer is no. just benzoyl peroxide and moisturizer (right now i use maxi-peel with tint... it acts as a moisturizer, has sun protection and the tint also acts as a sheer concealer.

panoxyl is available over the counter at watson's. it's relatively inexpensive. if your acne's not that bad, get the 2.5% lang. But even if your acne's bad, the site acne.org highly discourages getting the 10% solution... kasi it will just irritate your skin. Hope that helps!

alcohol based cleansers are what causes dark spots or pekas. kasi lalagyan mo ng alcohol mukha mo tapos maarawan ka, para kang naglagay ng gasolina sa mukha mo. so naturally maiirita yung face and in turn magdadarken. tapos karaniwan ng taong may pekas magpepeeling (haay). Peeling for me is really not advisable kasi ninipis yung layer ng skin mo, making you more sensitive, tapos pag naarawan ka uli mas maiirita.

try nui po yung Eskinol na kulay BLUE po yung dermaclear C, ska yung pong Clindamycin capsule. Buksan nui po yung capsule ng clindamycin tpos ihalo nui dun sa Eskinol yung laman lang po nun. tpos po kalugin nui po ng mga 2 minutes. then un na po pwede nui na gamitin. Ang hinahalo ko po na clindamycin eh yung tig 57 pesos po. pero kung wala po kaung budget meron naman pong mumurahin nun parang 7 pesos lang ata un, pero mas effective po talaga yung mamahalin na clindamycin. tpos yung Eskinol naman po ay yung pong pnaka malaking size na para sulit po. sabayan nui pa po ng paggamit ng PONDS na kulay black po sa umaga kapag naliligo po kayo. then sa gabi po wag na kayong maghilamos, mag-apply na lang po kayo nung Eskinol na my Clindamycin... try nui po yan.. dami ko rin na try dati eih pero yan lang po talaga ang tumalab sakin kasi po ang bata bata ko pa nun my acne and pimples na ako mga 13 years old ako nagkaron nun kasi nasa LAHI po namin yung tagyawatin and dami nagsasabi na sayang daw maganda pa naman ako. pero buti na lang naagapan ko po kc ***** po 15 years old na ako at wala na ako nun and thank GOD kc nadiskubri ko ito habang maaga pa. kaya ngayon po ok na face ko, di na ko problemado gaya dati na halos ayoko na lumabas. atleast ngayon my tiwala na ko sa sarili ko sana po makatulong ako sainyo.. hi guys. I went to a derma shop and nagpa acne facial ako with surgery. Nakapromo sia for only 300php. Once ko lang ginawa yun ( more than a month ago) and naging effective talaga siya. Lumubog yung mga pimples ko and ***** super bihira na akong magkapimple. May mga acne scar ako dati and then I saw this QuickFix Pimple Remover sa Watson's (49php lang). I apply it before going to bed, after cleansing my face with CEtaphil (which is really really proven effective on any skin type), ayun , nagdiminish na ang mga scars ko. I think I'm gonna try taking Met na rin para pumuti hehe.

I have a very oily skin. I use L'oreal Men Expert White Activ facial foam which I think is good enough if you want to have a white but matte skin at the same time. Then I use whitening toner which is also good for oily skin (Belo Pink).

After that, I apply Garnier anti-imperfection roll on which is very good to lessen the visibility of acne marks/spots and to heal the acne itself as well.

Finally, I apply Vaseline Men moisturizer (oil control) to keep my face oil-free and to achieve a spot-less white skin.

Kung di naman mapigilan talaga ang pagsecrete ng oil sa mukha, I use gatsby oil control sheet. Its very effective na halos nagagawa kong transparent yung buong film. wahehe!

Medyo mabusisi lang *** regimen pero it's effective naman, as far as I am seeing.
