Strategy yan ng citibank sasabihin ng phone banker separate ang limit pero the truth is combined limit yan which happened to me kaya nag overlimit ako at nagbayad ng overlimit fee na 500. Sabi ko kung alam ko na combined eh hindi ko naman gagamitin no! Hindi ko na din kinontest at binayaran ko na lang. Naiinis lang ako na na-misinform ako nung unang phone banker di ko alam kung sinasadya o ano...

if combined limit, max of 20k lang pwede mo gamitin sa both cards mo. share na sila ng limit. its their way of earning income in terms of annual fees.

how do i know na it is separate or combined limit? xenxia na newbie talaga ako lalo na sa ganitong feature ng citibank...

tumawag na ko sa CITIBANK... ya its a combined limit. pag ginastos ko yung total 20k limit ng sa mastercard, automatic 0 narin ang visa ko..... both may annual fee pa.. *** da!

you can refer to your payslip for your TIN. if it is not there, ask your HR or payroll dept

citibank waived the annual fees of my cashback and cebupacific, thanks malaking bagay na rin para sa akin. take note po di ko ginagamit ang mga cards na ito.

Last July I received my cash back ang mercury cc from citibank. I used it immediately to avail of the rudy project freebies. Sab sa akin ng CS eh *** luggage bag makukuha ko since I was approved for 2 cards. Pero nung dumating *** redemption letter nila I was only eligible for the watch. Do any of you have the same experience? share na lang please. Thanks.

hi ask ko lang mga kelan ko kaya matatangap yung billing statement ko.. every 15 of the month ako.. wala pa kasi sa e-statement.
