HELP ME!!!

nagkaproblem ako sa citibank hindi ako nakapag settle ng payment for two months and they call me telling that n cancelled n ng bank ang card ko....do i have a chance b to reactivate again my account...thanks in advance

same thing sa amin ng utol ko ... he missed one payment. ayun, deactivated yung CC namin! after niya na-settle saka na-activate yung CC namin ulit!

I think Citibank cardholders can take advantage of up to 70% in Lacoste (and other brands) items at the PICC Tent. This was the message I got.

bago lang namin nagamit ulit yung card after na settle niya yung missed payment niya! pati ako ng good payor nadadamay (supplementary card yung sa akin!) hehehe!

aw. baka naman sagad yun amount due sa limit, hehe anyway at least ok na ulit, bka may record na ikaw din sa credit history hehe

^BPI is different from Citi. They do not automatically upgrade your card to gold if you hit the 100k credit limit mark. When I had my regular gold card, I requested for a downgrade of my limit to 65k which is the minimum for gold cards according to them. Then now I requested for conversion to PremierMiles and my limit is now over 150k. I think they only issue gold cards to those that meet the income requirement or whatever guidelines they have. Perhaps it is a status symbol for them. Did you know that even if you have 300k limit with Citi they do not automatically upgrade your gold card to platinum. You still have to submit pertinent documents.

If this is true, mukhang sa Citibank na lang yung ganito. I have a platinum card from another bank with a measly 20k credit limit.

Anyway, my dad told me that his classic Citi card was upgraded to gold, after 5 years, without any documentary requirements, and without him requesting for it. His credit limit is not so high, just 120k.

I was wrong about his BPI card. He requested the conversion to gold pala, through a phone call, after his CL limit reached 300k.

tagal pala ng delivery ng citibank. more than a month tapos yung courier nila parang di yata reliable name of courier: ITC (parang foreign courier),, pero dumating din pero nagkakaamag na ako.

never happened to me. i use the card then use the card then pay then use then pay etc. sometimes my payments reach 5-6 per cut off. there is no extra charge for this. my card has been with me since 08

Ma share ko lang, use your charge slips asap, kasi kapag malabo na, mahirap mag claim, yung isa muntik na hindi makita yung card number.

Inform ko lang din that you can use the promo in buying GC's sa Mercury Drug, yon ang ginagawa ko para mas may time pa ako to think kung ano ang bibilhin ko, kasi kapag exchange ko ng freebies, kung ano ano lang ang nabibili ko sa Drug store.

paano makakuha ng GC sa mercury? 1500 slip din ba yan?

Yes Beda, the same promo, kaya lang syempre kapag na convert mo na sa GC, mas longer mo pa puwedeng gamitin to buy the things you want. I just dont know if it is applicable to other merchants like Rustans or M& Spencer etc. Actually, nag try lang naman ako, hindi ko alam na puwede pala GC. E wala naman expiration ang GC so yon, extra time pa.
