nakakaloko ang EWB, nagkaroon ako ng auto increase ng credit limit from 95k to 99k. nung tinawagan ko ang customer service, tinanong ko kung bakit 4k lang na inincrease. sabi eh pag umabot daw kasi ng 100k ang credit limit, it will become a gold card na agad...sabi ko pwede nyo naman gawing gold ang card ko since may gold card din naman ako sa citibank, but she replied pwede daw ulit magrequest ng increase after six months.... anyways, thankful na rin kahit papano kasi i got an increase of 4k hehehehe....

kaya pala 99k lang ang limit ko. nung na approve sakin 30k lang ang limit ko pero after 6 months nag-increase sya ng 66k, tapos yung last na increase 99k na. hindi naman ako nag pass ng docu.

Their courier sucks bigtime. My card was returned to them because according to their courier, I refused to accept the card daw. Eh ang sabi ko, wala naman akong natatanggap na card, so pano mangyayari na hindi ko tatanggapin yun card? In fact, I was so eager to receive my card already since I already received the Pin Mailer a week before they delivered the card. And what make it worst is that It would take daw 10 working days para ma-deliver daw ulit yun card ko.

I agree with you, sa akin nauna pa din dumating ang PIN.mag one month na ako naghihintay but up to now wala pa din akong card na nare-recieve

same here...tapos nang mag-e-mail ako sa kanila na ika-cancel ko na 'yung application ko dahil na-approve na ko sa ibang bank, ang sabi sa akin, na-released na raw sa courier at maghintay daw ng 7-10 banking days for card delivery.

kakadeliver lang ng EW CC ko ***** umaga.. My tumawag lang saaken na ang sabe may nagrefer daw saken sakanila.. so pinagpasa nia ako ng req.s via email.. payslip lang at ID ang pinapasa nia saken, after few days, someone from EW called me again to verify some infos, then after few weeks naman, I received a text message, na my application for EW CC has been approved and wait for 10 days to be delivered, then after 5days na-deliver na sa office, EW CC dolce vita *** binigay saken..

ps: first CC ko to ever kaya ok nadin dahil hndi ako nahirapan, and naghntay ng masydong mtgal *** ma-approve

Gusto ko ng dolce vita ng eastwest kasi maganda *** itsura ng card purple. Lol yun lang reason ko why ko like magkaron

paano po ipaactivate yung cc? sinunod ko yung text format nila for globe subscribers pero wala pang reply.

ang nagustuhan ko sa EW CC e yung promos nila na pag nag swipe ka ng 2K, 3K, 6K me mga libre like red ribbon, pizza, and yung recent SM GC na worth P100 pag nagswipe ng worth 2K. hehehe

Last month may tumawag sa kin na taga-eastwest credit card. I-fax ko raw iyong mga kinakailangan na requirements para ma-process iyong application ko for the cc. Nagulat ako kasi in the first place hindi naman ako nag-apply ng credit card sa kanila, saka nung tinanong ko kung sino nagbigay ng number ko sa kanila may nag-refer daw sa akin. Sinabi ko na lang dun sa kausap ko as of now contented na ako sa cc ko. Eh di kinalimutan ko na un, kaya naman kanina nung may nagpunta sa office namin at nagpakilala na taga-eastwest at mag-cci daw sya dun talaga ako nagulat.

Pinadalhan ako ng EWB ng bagong CC kase may nadetect sila last week na may gumamit ng cc ko online $500 din yung amount eh... buti na lang tinawagan agad nila ako para iinform... ayun gumawa pa ako ng letter of dispute...

got a weird text message from +44985594649

I haven't applied for any credit card but i received this text message from EWB that my credit card was approved and will be delivered within 10days? i was like HUH? panu nangyari yun? ni wala naman akong deposit account sa kanila? ni wala akong submitted documents.. weird.. hindi nga nila alam kung anong address ko siguro.. though i have an existing CC with BDO

it turned out na totoo pa lang meron akong credit card sa kanila at mali maliag info like billing address and employer. kaloka sila...
