hello po..promo of samsung fone ay wala pong ganun..ang alam ko po is yung sa red ribbon lang at tapos na po yun..no banks is giving away a free gadget usually po may ka partner sila na mga mobile companies at promo na nila yung zero interest pag ginamit yung cc nila..

same here. I got a call from an EastWest Bank agent telling that EW is giving me a CC with free samsung phone. They asked me some personal and employment details and told me to fax some documents to complete my CC processing. I answered all the agent's question 'cause I got excited since wala pa akong CC and I badly want one. I haven't send them the docs kasi kinabahan ako bigla na baka fraud to or whatever. I tried applying a CC to EW last year kaso hindi ko napush through yung application kasi hindi ako naka-send ng documents. Can anyone here in pex confirm if is this a fraud or what?

I have read the rest of the conversations on these forums but i haven't seen my situation yet. I was called yesterday by an agent from EWB and sbi nya i was referred by the wife of my brother in law. since i have a no credit card yet, sbi nya mag refer lang daw me ng isa tas pag nkapasa, maaprove ndin daw *** sken. they are giving me 100k for a credit limit n wlang annual fee. possible kaya un n mkpasa?

May nagpunta kanina sa office ko nagpakilala from Eastwest credit card . May "occular visit" daw sila sa credit card applicants. He just asked my position , how long I had been in the company and the nature of the business ( its a BPO). May naka experience ba ng ganito?... share naman please!

Visited Eastwest website a month ago, wasn't really serious in getting a card but then walang magawa kaya I filled their online application form. After 2 weeks the bank called me and asked me some personal questions. Didn't really expect to be approved since I did not submit any documents to them kahit required yata. Anyway, just today Eastwest texted me informing me that my application was approved and expect my card to be delivered in the next 10 days. It was like WOW, this is cool. Kung kelan hindi ka naman seryoso sa pag aapply dun ka pa na-aaprove. While dati panay apply sa BPI 3 times na yata ako na reject kahit I have good record with my other credit cards from other banks. Well hopefully malaking credit limit ang ibigay nila saken. Hindi naman sila nagkamali sa pag aaprove ng application ko kasi I pay my bills on time naman.

They'e been calling me for the past two months na hindi ko alam kung san nila nakuha number ko pero hindi ko sinasagot. pati text messages. Sbi sa txt a month ago, sagutin ko lang daw yung tawagng senior verifier for the address. dead ma ako.. hindi ko pa rin sinasagot. then nong thursday bigla na lang approved. walang documents. walang verbal authorization. walang application.. They texted me on the 24th. We'llsee kung sa June 4 may darating na CC

Try calling EastWest bank. Naka receive ako ng ganyan nung Holy Week. I called them and found out that I have a card with them na approved pa nung February. Ayun pala, bumalik na yung card nila kasi sa office pinapadala yung card. Nakuha ko naman ang card nung pinadala ko sa bahay.

I receive text alerts from EWB under the number +44148133710. The number is automatically tagged "EWB Text Alerts" although I don't have it saved in my contact list. I guess EWB uses the +44 country/area code for its automated messages.

Hi! A woman called me last May 22 and asking if I would like to apply for an EWB card. She said it was pre approved that I dont need to send any requirements. She just asked for basic questions like where I work, my current credit cards, office num, etc. Her number is 09328643345. Is this valid? TIA
