Hi everyone. I've just gotten double billed for an installment transaction I made last March. What's funny is that I have already been able to pay the first monthly amortization when I confirmed that the transaction was again posted as a straight charge last May 14. I spoke with a CS rep and was told that they will get back to me within the day for updates. I hope this gets resolved asap, especially since the amount is quite substantial. First time this happened to me with any of the credit cards I have. Has anyone here experienced the same?

hi mam..agencies usually tied-up with other accredited agency..they usually refer there clients to their tie-up agency for other card option (in case po na di kayo ma approved sa in-applyan nyo)
