Actually sa 2 pang ibang call center company na inapplyan ko aegis ang pinaka madali makapasok computer exam/speed typing test, initial interview tapos final interview agad. 'di katulad sa iba na napaka dami ng process at masyadong strikto. Magandang pag umpisahan ang aegis guys, 'di ko sinasabe dahil lang natanggap ako. sinasabe ko to para malinawan po tayo. Yun lang po, msg niyo lang po ako kung sakaling may tanong kayo baka sakali matulungan ko kayo.

    This is also true for me.. I was a bum for 5 months and I've applied at 24/7, Citigroup and Teleperformance. Pasado lahat yun and way better ang salary. Aegis offered me 17k all in na yun. I still accepted the offer ksi **** sobrang bagal ng hiring process, they were super friendly and walang kaarte arte ang requirements. Unlike other companies na super strict sa requirements to the point na ang OA na. And wala silang bond. I've read some bad comments about this company but I still applied coz Hndi **** lhat ng tao pareho experience. And remember, malaki ang sahod mas mabigat trabaho. Just my 2 cents.

    BTW:

    I left 24/7 after a week of training ksi twice nila nawala requirements ko. Pinagpasa pasahan ako sa hr. Citigroup naman, I didn't like the idea of 2hrs Mandatory OT everyday, bka ikamatay ko na. Teleperformance Makati naman, 1 month na nagaantay pa din kme ng JO. Aun nag apply sa Aegis start na sa Aug 24.

    galing ako dito kanina. ganda pala mag apply ng sabado, wala halos tao. dumating ako 10:30am, natapos ako 12:30pm. 2 hours lang astig. 2 process lang para sa inapplyan kong nonvoice. computer exam at combination ng initial at final interview. hindi ko nga alam kung bakit ako pumasa dun sa exam, 21 nga lang wpm ko eh. haha. then sa interview naman ginalingan ko nalang mga sagot at grammar dahil *** akong accent hehe.

    pag pinabalik ba for JO the next day, sure na tanggap na yun? haha paranoid lang baka kasi hindi pa pala ko tanggap. aga pa kanina pinauwi na ko,eh sa mga nababasa ko kasi, within the day na din binibigay yung JO. pero kung sabagay, sabado kanina, baka hindi pwede haha. well sa monday ko pa malaman kung sure o hindi.hehe

    Wow.. Wala na pala siya sa PS. Yeah, I know that guy (not personally) kasi QA ako dati sa Aegis, and I think boss siya ng QA Manager namin. I have nothing negative to say about him kasi di naman siya masyadong nararamdaman ng team. Never pa ako nakatanggap ng e-mail from him addressed to the team. Well, siguro dahil big bosses na ang kausap niya and mas mabigat ang trabaho niya.

    nagpunta kami dito ng friend ko kanina. sabi ng napagtanungan naming lady and a guy sa may front desk wala daw opening for a non-voice account. but i saw an ad in jobstreet on Aug 28 lang na they do have an open non-voice account. don't know if napuno siya agad ng ganun kabilis.

    Hi guys! I just want to share my experience in applying to this company.

    I applied here last Aug. 10. Was referred by my former TL (Team Lead) and I was told na OK daw dito sa company na to so I tried applying.

    To begin with, I never had any problems with the recruitment process. I came there around 3pm, passed my CV to the front desk, filled up some online form on their WIFI zone to the left side of the Front desk and was called for a computer assessment after 15-20mins. Their computer assessment was fairly well. I specifically told the front desk personnel na Im applying for a technical support post so specific for tech and assessment. Madali lang naman ang exam. Ilang items lang regarding some basic tech stuff and some typing test. After that sinabihan naman kami na we can take an hour break for the initial interview so kumain muna ako sa likod ng building ng "Pares" LOL. I met some other guy na nag aaply din, sila kasa kasama ko magyosi at kumain. Then we went back for the initial interview. It went well naman. Common CC questions. Hint lang for newbies: Wag nyo ugaliing magkabisado ng kung anong isasagot nyo sa nag iinterview sa inyo. kadalasan namang tanong dyan eh tungkol lang naman sa background mo at kung ano ano at anong wala sa resume mo. Just be honest. They wont assess you naman based sa kung ano ang sinasagot nyo kundi based sa kung paano nyo ito idini-deliver at kung paano kayo makipag converse in english.

    I was told to wait for a few mins after my initial interview so they can endorse me to someone from the account that I'll be endorsed to.

    IMPORTANT TIP: You will be endorsed doon sa account ng kung sino ang "nag-refer" sayo. So if may specific kang gusto na mapuntahang account eh humanap ka ng kakilala mo o kumilala ka ng taong nandun na sa account na yun para dun ka din mapunta.

    Moving on, I was interviewed by someone coming from the account nung nag refer sakin (some sort of an account manager) and it went well din naman. Was told to come back the next day for the Operations assessment.

    The next day I came 30mins (3:30pm) before the scheduled interview. I told the front desk about my scheduled interview pagkadating na pagkadating ko. 4:00pm eksakto tinawag nako for the interview. Eto medjo madugo kasi inabot ako ng 2hours sa pakikipag usap sa client nila which I really enjoyed kasi they introduced me sa account and other stuff about the business. Also took some computer assessment. After the whole thing, I was told na tatawagan daw ako within 3 days for the verdict LOL. Medjo nawalan nako ng pag asa kasi ganto naman ang kadalasang kalakaran sa CC. Pag sinabing tatawagan ka, ibig sabihin, more or less, Tsugi ka na! (based on my 7yrs of expertise sa industry).

    Awa naman ng dyos, after about 3 days (I understand the delay kasi maraming holiday the past weeks), they called me up for the job offer. I signed it last week lang pero Mid Sept. pa ang start ng training. Magkano offer? Well, it says in the contract na im not allowed to divulge any info about it but its WAY WAY higher naman compared sa ibang na offeran ng 11-12k. I will be working for a tech-financial account nila and medjo back office job ang dating ng account. Fixed and off (sat-sun forver!) and depende sa mapupuntahang dept kung magiging pang umaga forever or panggabi.

    Yun lang siguro muna ang ma-share ko sa inyo for now. Im hoping na ok tong company and I good luck sa mga future applicants

    just want to share my experience; and this is not to destroy their reputation. Just a heads up only for those future employees and applicants.I was expecting that they carried the culture "people support" instilled among their employees and management but I was wrong. First of all no free coffee or any beverages for the employees except of course "water". You need to buy your own on one of the vending machines at the pantry area. security officers treat the agents as if they are criminals, the lady at the 4th floor RBC site handling the accounting issues etc. doesn't even know how to smile.

    COMPENSATION

    offer is 16k maximum for seasoned agents and 14k for newbies. no allowance but I guess it depends on your account. they are reasoning out that the commission scheme of each account is outstanding.

    But let's see what is outstanding for them:

    EXPERIAN ACCOUNT

    you can earn as high as 14k but if you have a zero CSAT or QA you can only get half of your total earning, you can't even listen to your call to prove if it was a fraud sale or not

    HILTON

    Piso per sale etc. I don't know the exact figures but it's pure stupidity, they are playing with their agents

    They have of course internal issues that can't be posted here.

    Just an additional info for you guys.
