Hindi ko alam kung ganito pa rin ang recruitment process nila. Nag apply na ko dun dati pa.

Step 1: Ibibigay mo yung resume mo sa frontdesk then you will wait para tawagin yung name mo. When the frontdesk calls your name he or she will give questions. For verification lang. After that may ibibigay sila sa'yo na Application Form.

Step 2: Then kapag tapos ka na sa application form ibibigay mo yun sa frontdesk then maghihintay ka ulet tawagin name mo.

Step 3: You will now take written and typing exam. Don't worry madali lang ang written. Computer Basic lang.

For example:
1. What is a valid email address:
a) www.nognog.com
b) http://nognog.gwapo@epx.com
c) nognog@yahoo.com
2. Which is NOT a Operating System
a) Microsoft Word
b) Microsoft Excel
c) Windows XP

Madali lang 'di ba? Penoy lang yan sa'yo.

Step 4: Initial Interview. Madadali lang yung questions.
why aegis? bola bola.

why call center? explain the advantages of being a call center agent.

what is call center agent / csr ? google.

what is good customer service? google.

why did you leave your current job? explain.

Step 5: Final Interview with Call Simulation. Iiwanan ka sa room with PC and avaya phone. Irereview mo yung website about hotel. Prices, accomodations, etc. Then nasa kabilang room yung interviewer mo. Kunwari customer sya na mag-iinquire. So dapat i-review mo mabuti mo yung website.

Step 6: (not sure) Ops Interview. Since bumagsak ako sa call simulation. di ko sure kung may ops interview. Parang meron ata mga bandang gabi na around 10pm.

For CSR - they are more on Travel and Hotel Accounts.

For TSR - telco yata. not sure. verizon.

WARNING: Since maraming nag-aapply sa aegis. Matagal ang recruitment process nila. You will see some recruitment specialists nagkkwentuhan lang sa mga cubicle or nasa frontdesk nakikipag chismisan. Ganyan talaga sa aegis. Nakapag apply ako diyan ng 2 beses. Yung una, bagsak sa call sim then yung last di ko na tinuloy kasi may emergency. Pumunta rin pala ako sa aegis nung sinamahan ko yung friend ko. Same thing ginagawa ng mga recruitment specialists. Petiks. Habang yung mga applicants nagtitiis hindi kumain ng lunch para lang makatipid at matapos lang agad ang application nila. So advise ko sa'yo magdala ka ng extra money or food.

2nd: initial and final interview with hr


then based sa interview ibbase ka nila kung anong account. from what i have noticed *** mejo sablay sa interview dun nla nilalagay sa nonvoice. range of salary is from 11-12k. package na.


i was endorsed to financial account, was offered 13k+1,100 for allowance +20% nyt diff. not bad for a cc virgin. try nyo. kaso after the interview with the hr, 2 interviews pa pinagdaanan ko. one is panel interview (5 silang nagtatanong, with supervisors) and d final was with the manager. tom 9pm pinapabalik ako for job offer na an contract signing.

ok naman sa aegis nung nag apply ako parang super dali naman noon ewan ko lang ***** bumagsak ako sa final interview nila. dapat sa makati branch ako noon eh parang wala ng slot so pinapunta nila ako sa ortigas na grabe sa liblib, my nadaan ngang jeep puno naman. mag aaply ulit ako dito pag nagkataon sasagarin ko nga ang apply eh, btw my slot paba sa makati or sa ortigas site?

lagi naman may hiring dito ..drop by ka lang sa office ..god bless sa pag apply

nag applay ko dito nung may 30. 10:30am andun na ko. 11:30 ako nag fill up ng form. tapos 1pm nag exam ako. awa ni Lord nakapasa naman ako tapos balik na lang daw kami after 1 hour for lunch. 2:30 andun na ko for hr interview... 7:30 pm na wala parin! grabe naman. tapos nagkkwentuhan lang sa harap namin *** mga hr. baka busy lang talaga. eh umuwi na ko. malayo pa uuwian ko. yun lang. share ko lang.

^Ano ba yung Sallie Mae account nila? inform ko kayo bukas ng gabi kung ano mangyayari sa pag aapply ko ng non voice/back office account nila. Good luck na lang sa akin nyahaha XD
