i know lots of people who work here. di maganda ang feedback nila. fresh grads kasi kami and when they started working there, ang akala nila, on probation sila for 6 months like the usual. yung mga schedules nila, parang pang call center ata. iba iba ang shift. tapos on their 3rd or 4th month siguro, nalimutan ko na kung pano, sabi nila contractual daw ang status nila. so parang yung mga benefits ata ay wala? basta may ganun. so sabi, sa 6th month nila, imbis na regular na sila, magiging on probationary status (from contractual nga daw). sa ayun. plus the salary is not much compared to other companies.

interview ko bukas for QA position.. i heard sa friend ko COOL daw ang boss.. anyways sana di shifting ang sched... -_-

I heard from a friend that GXS are currenlty having shortage on projects in IT (Custom dev somthing). They are hiring junior dev. Managers are not that mature enough in terms of good decision making. Yes they are friendly daw but they get too close to some employees which is bad part. Most of the dev are backstabbers daw. Not that good culture kasi daw magiging katulad ka na daw nila. Two sided face daw even the managers. EDI daw is much better than the custom dev. They are just an outsource of other company who using EDI system. There are plenty of companies out there with more experienced managers and staffs. GXS will be the very last on your job hunting list.
