kerby raymundo was once scouted by representatives from nba asia and it was in the nba mock draft website. he was scouted along with the likes of tony parker. i can't ind that website anymore but i'm not joking on this one though.

Because Johnny is so small for a point guard and his counterpart are stronger and quicker.

Mahirap maka pasok sa nba, talent alone will not guarantee to you a contract. Look at those chinese and japanese players, they might be lording it here in asia pero pag dating dun lalamyalamya laro nila di sila nabibigyan ng playing time.
Si Yao Ming kung hindi lang yan 7foot plus hanggang asia lang yan.
magkaka roon din ng pinoy na nba player in the near future and that's for sure. meron tayo lahat pwera lang sa height. hehe

    This is quite confusing.

You said that HEIGHT is the only thing lacking with Filipino players. You expressly stated that talent-wise, we aren't that far behind. Then immediately, you'll say that Filipino ballers need proper training?!

If height is the only issue, it will not be cured by proper training as the latter addresses issues regarding talent.

it's all business for Yao Ming, NBA wanted to tap the big market of China.

as for PBA players playing for NBA team, I don't think so, mayayabang lang ang mga pinoy pinipiit na talent wise eh at par tayo kulang lang daw sa height , come on give me a break.

ang talent ng PBA players pang PBA lang no PBA player can even dominate Asian basketball what more NBA?

doesn't matter, no PBA player can ever play in the NBA.

Talent, plain and simple. We don't have enough talent to make/compete in the NBA. There's so much surplus talent in the US that even their scrubs can make it good in the PBA but not make in it the NBA.
