    Between two and four grams of L-carnitine should be taken one hour before exercise, for two weeks. Taking L-carnitine is very safe, although the DL form of carnitine may be toxic and is not recommended.

    Thats good thing with L Carnitine and green tea, theyre very safe. I never experienced headache, palpitations, diarhea or any other symptoms thats being related to other slimming pill that has harmful ingredients. If it has bfad registration, it is safe.

    Sis I read na safe naman siya. Pero for me siguro after nursing period ka na mag cosmo body kasi talagang may tendency mag gain weight ang nursing mom due to water retention.

    DAY ONE:

    Took 2 caps then had breakfast with one serving of cantaloupe and a glass of grapefruit juice, unsweetened.

    ate one serving of watermelon and a bottle of tropicana orange for lunch.

    took another 2 caps before hitting the Gym. regular intake of water is checked: 4 glasses

    Did 30 minutes of crosstrainer and sweated like a pig. Felt energetic to do another 30 minutes on the threadmill. 1 hr of Cardio.

    ate 2 servings of cantaloupe and 1 glass of grapefruit juice. Drank plenty of water.

    i weighed in 130 lbs.

    I'll update you guys for any significant changes after day 1

    Im taking 2capsules of cosmo body in the am before goin to work and 2capsules before bedtime. Sobrang hot siya sa katawan, andali ko lang pagpawisan as in. I think eto ang effect ng green tea in thermogenesis. Im trying to control my rice intake though talagang nakakagutom din. Ill be playing badminton this weekend, eto na lang time ko siguro as my cardio. Ill let you know after 7days kung nagloose ako but Im not following the 7day meal of cosmo body.

    Paubos na 2nd bottle ko ng cosmo body. Ive been taking it daily and before workout. So far I lost 7lbs and to think di ako masyadong nag treadmill sa dami ng tao sa gym.

    Guys yung friend ko lost almost 10 lbs after taking 3bottles of cosmo body. She does treadmill 30min 3x a week.

    Actually di naman daw siya masyado nagbawas ng food intake except she doesnt eat rice ng dinner. Every morning siya sa gym and she says shes drinking lots of water.

    naggym kasi ako before, twice a week. pero napa stop ako, at balak kong bumalik ulit. are you sure walang side effects itong cosmo body??

    kasi 2 days na akong nagte-take nito, (though next week pa ako magstart ulit mag gym) at napansin ko na madaling bumigat ang katawan ko. yung parang pagod na pagod ako. at sumasakit ang ulo ko. is that normal??
