diba me cosmo skin whitening soap din? saw kasi one time sa beauty section ng watsons e, niweis im not a big fan of any glutathione, cosmo product lang na try ko is yung cosmo body nila yung L-carnitine, well the cosmo soap woks for me well naman okay sya sa skin

Almost 3 months na boraddict. Talagang fresh and blooming ako, and never ako nagka breakouts sa cosmo skin. Hiyangan kasi ang gluta eh. Okay din cosmo whitening soap gamit ko din siya.

anong vit c ang dapat inumin together with cosmo? pwede ba yung time cee na 1000mg? saka ano po yung procedure ng pag inom? please check kung tama:

1capsule cosmo gluta before breakfast
1capsule time cee 1000mg after breakfast
1capsule cosmo gluta before dinner..

tama po ba? dapat ba kirkland vit.c? mas effective po ba iyon? o ok lang din ang time cee? saka, pag naka 2capsules ka ng cosmo gluta dapat ba high dosage ng vit c mo? like 2000mg?

Yes vanillamist okay naman regimen mo. Siguro kahit 500mg na lang na vit c itake mo sa gabi plus Cosmo gse na rin kung puwede. Ang importante 2capsules of cosmo gluta take mo a day at dapat religiously ha. As for vit c, kahit anong brand sis puwede naman kahit nga generic lang but if your hyperacidic you can take sodium ascorbate.

Hello sis! Ako naman ang binibili ko sa watsons yung cosmo bath and body pack. Its a bottle of cosmo gluta and 1bar of gluta soap. Bale may 20% discount naman yung soap niya. Its 1101pesos. I love the soap kasi hindi siya harsh sa skin and i use it din sa face ko.
