Kahit na biased ako sa BPI. I would have to say that Allied Bank Mabuhay Miles Platinum is one of the best cards out there. As in!
1. May credit line ka in Peso and in Dollars. Sa iba kasi, pag dollars ang na charge i coconvert nila using a very high exchange rate. At least dito, bili ka lang sa black market ng dollars at a very reasonable rates.
2. May insurance sila. 10 pesos every month, secured ka na just in case mawala yung card mo at may na-charge bago mo ma report sa kanila yung pagkawala ng card mo.
3. Nirereview yung transactions mo at automatic cancelled ang card kapag may nakita silang kakaibang transaction. I personally experienced this.
4. May online statements din sila.
5. Yung promos din nila, marami.
6. Mura lang ang miles.
8. Hindi strict sa due date. May times na I pay one day late kasi nasasaraduhan ako sa SM pero wala namang charge.
CONS.
2. Hindi mo magagamit yung card mo in between the due date at posting date ng payment mo.
I recently applied for a PNB Essentials card and to my surprise, the card arrived at my doorsetep after just four days. But what's even more surprising was that, instead of a PNB Essentials card, they sent me a Mabuhay Miles "Essentials" card. This came as a disappointment since I already have a Mabuhay Miles "Platinum" card and I don't need two Mabuhay Miles cards!
I wonder how the people from PNB/Allied can be that st*pid.
^20k.
(The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 10 characters.)
Yes, 20k combined CL for my platinum and essential cards.
AFAIK there is no difference.
mine is 300k medyo maliit siya magapprove compared sa ibang card. pero love there freebies hindi puro food, merong the spa , bon chon, south star and dami pa either gc or discount. tapos yung world card nila pag you spend 50k within 3mos upon approval may elite card ka na from mabuhay miles.
siguro yugn hindi magagamit in between is kung wala kang available limit dahil hindi pa posted ang payment mo.
I happy I got approved for an allied bank essentials card, how long does delivery takes place?
I'm planning to apply for the mabuhay miles essentials card.
Madali ba ma-approve dito?
Na-approve naman ako sa eastwest.
Ok ba tong card na to?
Any feedback would be much appreciated. TIA.![]()
