no hindi ka nila tatawagan. naalala ko nung nag-apply ako dati nalaman kung na-approved yung application ko kasi lagi ng nagpapadala ng SMS yung HSBC sa number ko! saka sa hotline ka naman tatawag, enter mo lang yung DOB mo ata pati phone number mo tapos may voice-response na magsasabi kung na-approve or hindi yung application mo

Hi. I'm about to have my hsbc cc cut. Do they send out a letter afterwards to confirm that your account has indeed been cut, or nirerequest ba ito, or they don't give one out at all kahit magrequest?

approved yung card ko ng january yet nakuha ko na yung card ng september (for some reasons)..gumagana na ba yung annual fee ko on the date ng approval o kung kelan ko pa lang siya na-swipe?

My due date falls on the 24th kasi and sa 24 pa me magkakapera if I paid it on the morning of 24th hindi ba ako ma tag as late payment?

your payment will be credited on the 24th if weekdays. besides, you have your proof of payment which is the receipt. meron yan columns for the "transaction date" and "posted date". for example, if the 24th day of the month falls on saturday, and you pay at SM paybills, your payment that will reflect on the billing statement will be:

transaction date: november 24, 2010 (satrurday)
posted date: november 26, 2010 (monday)
