    Meron po ba kayong alam na magnadang shop for Diesel Calibration?

    Just go to the isuzu dealer they have the tools and the know how and you have warranty

    paps, lagpas na siya sa warranty. 2001 pa kasi siya.

    @sparwin ala ba malapit sa pup? parang me mga nakikita kasi ako dun kapag napadaan ako. Cavite area kasi ako eh.

    medyo hindi na kasi ako na gaganda sa fuel economy nya, saka i bearly pass the emission test last june when i register. last time i check nasa 8km per liter na ako.

    last option ko po ang isuzu dealer.

    ah... sabi na nga ba eh. ndi pa niyan kelangan ng recalibration. magpaparecalibrate ka lang kung mapapansin mo na pumapalya na ang arangkada mo. una kasing bumigay ang spring ng rotor natin. kapag nangyari yun, parecalibrate ka na dahil magpapalit ka ng buong injection pump kapag nagkataon.

    hanggang saan sa tach ang rev mo?

    pareho lang kasi tayo ng makina ng hi-lander namin.

    pumapalo pa ako sa 15K/L wid todo hataw mode (minsan redline na ako magupshift. hehehe).

    madalas pa nga mapahiya ang mapsa kapag napagtripan kaming sitahin eh. Ang sarap panoorin sila na nag-iisip kung nasira ang pang-test nila o hindi.

    try mo muna ang dalawang ito:

    bugahan mo ng hose ng tubig ang tambutso mo habang patay ang makina. me mga lalabas na itim mula sa tambutso. mga 5 mins mong pabugahan at makikita mo kung gaano kadami ang naipon sa tambutso.

    Once in a while, pabutin mo ng 4K ang tachometer bago magupshift para matanggal ang ibang carbon deposit sa tambutso dahil mabilis na ang flow ng hangin palabas. ang standard testing kasi na ginagawa na nakita ko ay 3K. yung nga lang, sa unang beses na gagawin mo yan, parang kabayo na tatango-tango ang oto mo, pero sa susunod na gagawin mo yan, ndi na yun mangyayari.

    Sparwin, try diesel X along A.bonifacio. papunta nasa left side pag papuntang Nlex, maayos gawa doon. lahat truck namin is isuzu. they do light to heavy equipment injection pump and injector

    puede bang ipa calibrate *** injection pump maski hindi ipapa overhaul *** makina?
    what are the signs na kailangan ng magpa calibrate?
    how much magpa calibrate?

    yup. depende yan sa magiging senyales para magparecalibrate.

    ang gastos ay depende sa shop at sa sira. ndi ko lang kasi maalala kung magkano yung nagastos nung nagparecalibrate kami.

    ang senyales para magparecalibrate:
    - ndi nawawala ang maitim na usok.
    - humihina ang hatak
    - pumapalya ang arangkada lalo na kapag piniga ang cylinyador.
    - biglang mawawalan ng hatak habang nakarekta.



    (me nalimutan pa ba ako mga peeps? hehehe)

    medyo nga hindi narin maganda hatak. di ko ma-paabot ng 4k ang rev ko. i tried that, babad sa 3rd gear sa shaw ng 3am. hanggang 3k rpm lang.

    sana nga hindi injection pump kasi lam ko hindi baba ng 5k ang gastos.

    Have you changed your fuel filter lately (like in the last 20,000kms?). How about your air filter? That could be one culprit.

    Before you change filters though, try adding some Biodiesel (around 2L-4L) in and run the car for a few days to purge your fuel system.

    Shops like Denso, Betan Calibration and ATI are good (look it up on the net or on the yellow pages). I wouldnt recommend the Isuzu dealer as chances are they will just outsource it also (diesel calibration requires specialized tools and equipment so it's cheaper to just outsource).

    @sparwin baka bali na yung spring ng rotor. ndi ako umabot ng 5K nung pinagawa ko yung sa amin nung nabali ang spring sa rotor ng injection pump. spring lang ang papalitan kung makikita na yun lang ang sira.

    guys, do u have any idea how much mag pa calibrate sa mga shops na to? may warranty ba *** work nila? btw, will they pick up and re-install the injection pump?

    nagbabalak nga ako magpalit na airfilter, tingin nyo ok gamitin sa diesel ang cone type filter. para kasing mas-tipid yun kasi pwede naman linisin. nagpapalit ako ng air filter every 10k-km.

    i'm a fan of biodiesel. i use the bio-diesel that flying V sells.

    narinig ko na yang bentan, i heard positive things about that shop in tsikot pa.
    bio active ata name nun.

    ang sa akin kasi ay biglang nawawala ang hatak tapos magkakaroon after a few seconds nung bali ang spring ko. nakakairita nga ito lalo na kapag oovertake.

    If more than 20K then okay na rin to change the fuel filter as typically diesel engines call for change fuel and air filters every 20,000kms; although if you changed regularly and watched where you gas up then it could be that a clogged fuel filter is not the culprit.

    A cone type filter will help as diesels are sensitive to air flow; try it out first though as the longer valve overlap period on diesels can cause the engine to be noisier at idle with a cone type filter and tube kit (this was the case with my Frontier before when i tried a cone and tube kit)... others did not experience that though.
