    Hi! Good pm..

I am located here in Bulacan. I will be applying in Balagtas branch. I wish to ask how much is the basic pay in Balagtas branch and what are the benefits (like medical assistance) in store for the employees?

I wish ask also what are the usual shifts there and the days off?

    Thank you very much!!

I'm not familiar with Balagtas salaries because I'm not from there. Its not Metro Manila so it will be lower.

Most of the schedules in Balagtas are dayshift, but rest days I know are variable.

Just think of it this way. No long commutes so you can spend more time with your family. I know a lot of people here who moved to iTech because of health reasons caused by the night shift and the long commutes. They're healthier now but still doing what they do best. Ain't that worth the salary difference?

Also, don't get your hopes up with salaries. Provincial rates, local call center, get the drift. People don't stay here for the salaries.

You're in luck. Exercise na, tipid pa! I like brand new sites. We had our party in Otis, it's a nice office at par with my former employers' call center facilities.

The answer to your question is: yes, but not for long.

  8. #68
Gusto kong lumipat.

    @ slim chance

You've got a big point there.. That's the reason why I am considering applying in i tech.. I had read the whole forum before I joined. I read that employees here stayed for years, that working environment is really good unlike other contact centers and etc..

I was just asking to feed my curiosity.. I am a single mom of three and trying to figure out how we can get by.. I hope you didn't mind my asking..

Anyway, I will be applying there soon.. I hope I can be one of you lucky employees of i tech who are really contented with the work and with the company..

I like I-tech.yes it has a low salary compared with internationals.
But considering work loads and environment, it cannot compensate those big salaries.
This company has their friendly and kind HR employees, specifically Ms. Ellen and Ms. Garce. hehehe. Very approachable!
To applicants, Goodluck. You can make it!

@Amrel, 10k ang basic pay. additional 3k pag na-certified ka from level 1 to 3. HMO, yes. Other benefits includes Medical allowance, rice subsidiary (in a form of Robinson's GC) and of course SIL, VL and SL.

@too PHAT: Thanks a lot for the info! Just to clarify, does that basic pay of 10k apply to your Balagtas agents? If so, i think i could live with that considering the proximity of the site from our place plus all the other benefits of course.

As far as I know they are still accepting applicants for their account. Just drop by their office nlang, malapit ka lang naman jan eh.

  15. #75

    @ too phat,
*** certification po, twing kailan yun?
Is it a fixed saturday and sunday off for cebu pacific?
Thank you! Im so excited to apply!

  18. #78
I have read the posts so far.
Mababait and approachable yung mga employee and very diifferent from International. Maybe because of the management, well-known kasi ang JG summit

  19. #79
nasa kamay mo ang certification. you just have to pass all the metrics for 2 consecutive weeks. but if you will be assigned sa Cebu Pacific, walang tier levelling don, so walang certification. you'll have additional pay if you meet the target rating in your monthly scorecard.
