sakang, pike, komang. ano po ibig sabihin

komang have something to with the arms.

Yung pike at sakang di ko gets but i also know they have something to do with the weirdness of the feet and manner of walking. This adjective is also often used with japanese people.

    Medical terms anyone?

As far as I can understand, pike is something like a bone protrusion on the leg due to rickets. For the sakang, its bow leggedness where the leg is malformed like a bow, external direction.

Pike is when you walk with your toes pointed inwards and sakang is the opposite where your toes point outwards

pike is when you walk, your knees are "banging" with each other..
sakang is the other way around..
