Nagapply ako last week sa Genpact. Madali lang ang process kaso matagal sila tumawag. Sabi nung last na naginterview sakin after I passed the Versant exam, they'll call me within one week for the final interview. My theories are (1) iniipon nila yung mga applicants to form 1 batch. (2) nasa bakasyon yung mga magiinterview hahaha!

Here are my thoughts, you're correct na iniipon nila yung mga applicants na nakapasa sa Versant test para sabay-sabay na sila ma-interview. Mahirap kasing hagilapin yung Ops. Manager. Did they tell what account you are profiled for? I bet you're for Wells Fargo, kasi ramping sila and new account yun.. Just wait for the call, ako din more than 2 weeks nag-intay for my F.I. schedule.. You'll get there, that's for sure. I just signed the J.O. 2 days ago.. and I'm currently completing my requirements Goodluck! Galingan mo sa Final Interview ha!

Hmmm, Sir Drew said, any single error they find, would cause your application to be "on hold" for 2 weeks.. I don't know if this is true but it seems.. See how SCRUTINIZING the background check is? hahaha.. be careful of what you are going to put to the form. Goodluck!

Mahigpit sila talaga sa background check kasi sinusunod nila *** standards ng mga clients nila. Antay antay lang tatawagan din kayo hehe.

Hello pexers. Tanung ko lang kc nag j.o. ako nung May 28, *** one page j.o. lang. Sabi ng recruiter ko meron pa daw isa pang contract signing kasama ang iba nag new hires. Tentative start daw ng training is June 18, this coming monday na, pero till now wala pa din ako na receive na call or text from them regarding the new hire orientation, and complete na din mga requirements ko. Ask ko lang meron ba dito na natawagan na for orientation for CSR WELLS FARGO? Sa mga employees na ng genpact *** supposed to be start date dun na din ba *** formal contract signing ang new hire orrientation? Thanks in advance mga pexers.

I just signed a J.O last Tuesday in Genpact and had my final interview around 10pm i think, but it's all worth it once you got the offer.I have no cc experience and I think having this as my first working experience is really a great start for me. The HR and the interviewers here are very approachable. Napakanice nila ****. kaya i am looking forward working here in Aug.as TSR <nagtagalog na lang ako. hehe >

Responsibilities:
Communicates with patients to update demographic and insurance information, negotiate payment plans and collect payments on outstanding balances, in accordance with Client specifications.
