nope i dont think its BOA.. its been rumored for a long time na BOA sya pero i heard boa is in mckinley under BA continuum.. im not sure about that new building kung may nakarent na new BPO. katapat kase sya ng building namin, IHUB, and we can see that the building is still empty. let you know kpag meron na kase for sure bka mag apply ako dun

meron ata sa wells. im not sure what theyre called but they said they take care of remittance. its also a day shift acct. its really a small group that started like 2010. i dont think wells is hiring sa specific dept na un since for the past year its not even growing. im not sure kung meron pang iba.

guys! ramp-up kami sa collections kase we also have a ramp down before you guys even get regularized on your 6th month or even before your annualization (12th month).mas maganda fresh grad kase ur rates are from 10-14k. tipid nga naman ang genpact dun. wala tlgang issue sa grammar and pronunciation kse nga hoarding for ramp-up...common sense..ive worked with genpact since 2007 and have seen it all. goodluck sa mga applicants. this will be my last post. kayo na bahala dyan!

Just came right from the job application at GenPact Alabang.

the test consists of English pronounciation and sentence structure knowledge and skill.

according to the recruiter there is 82 slots available with the latest training class to start on 12/22 and 75 applicants already approved. the recruiter even told me that there is no training scheduled for january so I figured they would be trimming hiring throughout 2012.

the account type wasn't disclosed or even them hinting what would be handled. but I figured its collections as most agents don't want to man a collections account.

for applicants withCC experience, the salary is around 16k before allowances. There was even talks about it being between 14-16k. For me, that's a low blow.
for those without CC experience, you'd be a bargain at 10-14k.

the recruiter didn't even disclosed how much allowance there would be but did assure that there would be an increase after 6 months and a yearly appraisal.

those applying .. head elsewhere as the juice aint worth it.

Hi! I worked here for 6 months only, thinking that there wouldn't progress on my career. After resignation, I applied at TeleTech bacoor and I stayed in the company for a couple of months because salary is not good, but management is. I transferred to ACS MOA and stayed for a 8 months (collections account) then I transferred to VXI and Alorica.

NOW, the thing is, with all of the companies that i have worked for. GENPACT is the best.

they offered me 12k + 1.5 meal allowance + 1k transpo
(that time, i have no cc exp)

I finished the training and became an EE player (exceeded expectations) which they gave me 2.5k bonus. I earn 20k++ a month because of incentives.

Also, tenant na ako halos sa genpact.
Sleeping quarters + Shower Room + pantry = TENANT!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GENPACT

HR is good
Mga ka-work na naiinggit sa incentives, sisiraan ka nila. (yun lang)

It's true that Genpact only offers P16K Basic then allowance. It's very dissapointing kase I've heard na they have aquired headstrong and got wells fargo. yun ***... sad malapit pa naman samin.

pero minsan po yung iba kapal na ng mukha kasi sa pantry na pinatitira pati yung anak na maliit..may nakita kasi ako dati parang 2 days or 3 na yata sila mag ina sa pantry.. that was a year ago.. yung iba sa pantry sinasampay damit na basa.. kaya naghigpit na din sila eh.. eh kung tutuusin medyo malaki naman kahit papaano sweldo sa amin at kaya naman siguro kahit papaano umupa ng room man lang.. no offense meant po pero this company used to be so linient, still linient pa rin naman sa ibang bagay, kaso sinamantala ng iilan
