i have a friend working here.. kuripot dw sila sa benefits even the normal leave credit ndi nila mabigay kaagad. maganda *** ang mga write-ups nila sa site and sa job posting pero ndi **** kagandahan sa kanila.

Kasi, kung low basic na nga, may discrepancy pa, kawawa naman ang employee. buti kung makukuha din agad. eh usually ang mga discrepancy the next pay mo na makukuha.

When I was there kasi, may employee na naghihintay dun kc parang 4k lang yung pumasok sa sweldo nya. and she tried it 3 times in 2 different banks (chinabank and bdo), pero yun pa din lumalabas.

also, medyo may mga hindi clear sa offer, like walang night diff rate, hindi nakahiwalay yung basic from the salary (so hindi mo alam kung alin dun ang taxable or not), wala ding nakalagay kung ilan ang VL/SL credits per year. mas maganda mas transparent sa employee so they know what they're getting into. para kung tinanggap nila *** offer, wholeheartedly, walang grudges after, kc everything was clear sa contract/j.o. suggestion lang naman. it's a promising company eh. sayang naman kung mag ka bad reputation.

yes don't waste ur time applying here.. medical lang ang normally benefit dito and tatanda ka sa kaka-antay mgkaron ng leave credit.. try to back read in this thread para u can save urself lol :P

ah talaga..yes nabasa ko na po..kaya lang just want to make some investigation pa.. nakalagay pa naman sa jobstreet na they offer good compensation for qualified applicants..un pala ganun sila.. nkapag-work na po ba kayo dito?

A friend of mine works there. 20k web copywriter. Ok naman daw. I think kaya onti benefits kasi project basis yung trabaho. 20k is good money for a writing job.
