Lam nyo nung nag-apply ako ng Windows Server Engineer ,Nung nag-walk in ako , pinag-exam ako ng Front desk nila . Then nakapasa naman ako sa exam, tuwang-tuwa ako , antay ko ng interview. Sabi daw ng HR na humahawak ng IT name Dan ,"we are not able to schedule for interview, because the policy was change on the position required " bad trip.... I also applied for that same position two months ago and passed all exams and interviews. Fortunately I had a better experience with HR/Recruitment. Yun nga lang I declined their offer.

Please do not bad mouth MicroSourcing just because of this single incident. There are a lot of cases that the hiring requirement changes as directed by the clients. I finished my medical almost 3 weeks ago, how long does it really take to process the medical and background check? It's really upsetting and a disappointment to be so excited to work for the company yet you've no idea whether they are processing you for employment or not. Maybe, I should just move on?

I strongly agree that one cannot judge how good or bad a company is based on some isolated issues and as i back tracked to read more about Microsourcing, it seems like majority are still having a good time working with this company. In fact i just sent my resume via email today for a Business Analyst post. Any further feedback about this? Thanks in advance.

may mga kakilala ako dito dun sa isang department nila na pinakamarami atang employees nila na after nung maendo yung contract nila tapos nung kukunin na nila ang backpay nila, di daw hinuhulugan ng company yung philhealth at SSS
