    anyway back to topic ang KGB INFONXX ang pinaka inhumane din pagdating sa sleeping quarters!! walang maayos na tulugan ang mga agents dito parang isang refugee camp ang sleeping quarters nila and eto pa nakakatawa "MAGKASAMA ANG LALAKI AT BABAE SA SLEEPING QUARTERS." san ka nakakita ng ganyan?? ambaho baho pa hindi nalilinis lage!

    I was a former KGB employee assigned in the UK track, and I must say, during my 2 and a half years of stay, ok naman sa KGB. By the time I joined them in 2008, ok pa naman ang company. Before that kasi mas ok daw yung management, may UK trip pa (there is a race within a specific period of time and the team with the most outstanding performance gets to travel to the UK for I think about two weeks). Sadly hindi ko inabot ang race na yan, last race na nung ma-hire ako. During may stay paunti nang paunti ang volume of calls dahil na rin sa mahal ng cost ng call, internet accessibility, other competitions and recession. With it unti-unti na ring nagsi-balikan sa UK ang British bosses and trainers.

    What I'm saying is, from my experience, magandang company pa rin ang KGB. I enjoyed the training, the numerous times when you have to elocute to sound British so as to earn the trust of the caller, and more importantly, I am grateful for all the people I met there. I found the best set of friends at KGB. Oo, may pulitika, management issues, problem availing leaves, wala pang separation pay, etc etc, but still the experience is worth it. And the job is.. actually too easy. Ang catch lang eh dapat soooooobrang haba ng patience mo (especially pag matanda ang kausap). At dahil nga paulit-ulit ang trabaho, talagang nakakasawa na rin.

    Sa ngayon, less than 10 teams na lang ata ang nag-ooperate for the UK DA; I'm not so sure with the US track.

Sobrang nakakastress magwork dito. kung akala nyo biro lang ang 700 calls a day e nagkakamali kayo. sige sabihin na nating tumatagal lang ng 20sec per call, pero walang katapusan yun, hindi ka pa nakakakurap eh meron na agad kasunod na tawag. At walang tigil yun hangang sa 15min/lunch break mo. Sobrang hirap pa makakuha ng VL dito kasi tsambahan lang, kumbaga eh magfile ka na lang ng VL sa lahat ng araw na hindi mo off at magdasal ka na may maapprove, swerte mo kung meron, napakamalas mo kung wala.

    saka bakit kailangan pang may quotes from the bible? nakakatawa

    Oh kamusta na pala si Charlie ng team 42? Naliligo na ba yun? Kahit kailan talaga mukhang mabaho yung hitsura nung adik na yun.

    Ito lang masabi ko...it's not a perfect company...dapat nga kasi kgb should diversify...I know its more DA and concentration is giving information...pero to survive dapat may customer service na or tech support...You can get information through the internet...tapos sa internet din naman kumukuha ng information yung sms brand ng kgb...

    well, di naman ganong ka bulok yung facilities...yung VL oo..talagang ginto sya...kailangang pag hirapan mo...minsan kailangang mag OT ka para lang sa isang araw na VL...ka loka di ba...maganda lang naman sa infonxx kgb eh yung mga friends yun lang...the company...well there is no perfect organization...ganun talaga barya lang naman kita sa DA unlike kung ang acocunt ay customer service or Tech support of may financial account, kaya minsan pag may team building kailangan mag contribution pa...lahat ng pagtitipid...for what I know...Kgb is not really a BPO company...its a brand kaya parang nahihirapan silang mag diversify into a BPO...

    yup nakakaawa ang walang muwang na mag-aapply dito kasi they will be brainwashed na napakaganda DAW sa KGB INFONXX and napakadali DAW ng trabaho tsk tsk walang matinong isip ang magaapply dito or yung mga nagtatagal jan sa e ayaw lang umalis sa comfort zone nila na kala nila mas mahirap sa ibang call center which is actually kabaligtaran!!

    UK ba or US account ang 700-1,000 calls a day? Kasi po kung UK account, gusto ko lang iclarify na hindi naman umaabot ng 1,000 or even 700 calls a day. Almost 9 yrs ang work experience ko sa kgb. Infonxx pa ito ng nahire ako. Nung CSR pa ako at sobrang ok pa sa UK Account (dahil marami pang tumatawag) umaabot lang ng mga 2,000+ calls a week. Take note, queuing na ito ha. Kadalasan, 1,500+ calls kung tenured or mabilis ang agent. Tska ang calls, sobrang bilis lang naman- 20 secs - 2 mins ang average. Tsaka sobrang dali ng trabaho kasi nga Directory Enquiries lang naman + may mga enhanced services like train times, cinema times etc. Tsaka may protocols naman so hindi ka naman mahihirapan makipag-usap, pwera na lang kung chikahin ka ng customer. Alam ko din na hindi umaabot ng ganito kadami ang calls na hinahandle ng isang agent kasi nga nag CSR ako for 1 1/2 years. Part ako ng management before I left the company so I know the weekly stats etc. Ngayon nga lang, hindi na ganon kaganda sa kgb.

    talaga 2000 calls per week para sa directory assistance?? parang sa probability e imposible pero kung UK account naman may possibility kasi konti lang callers from UK pero sa US DA naku totoo ang 700 to 1000 calls a day! It is the worst experience a call center agent will encounter and it is not easy to do

    Malalaman mo na bawal mag cr kasi wala ka na time mag cr! if you wanna pass the metrics you should have atleast 96% Adherance meaning dapat may 4% ka lang na open time at mababawasan pa to pag napullout ka ng TL mo for coaching! pag bagsak ka sa metrics wala ka din makukuha incentive so napagod ka na wala ka pa dagdag tsk tsk magbackread ka pa ng 2 o 3 page makikita mo
