Mas madali din ang nature of calls dito kumpara sa ibang account (e.g. technical, sales, etc.).

    Totoo, maraming volume ng calls dahil directory assistance ang account ng kgb. Pero bawat call ay tumatagal lang ng 30secs to 1 min, napakadaling trabaho kumpara sa customer care or technical support. Tama?

    Ito ay standard practice ng karamihan ng companies na nagbibigay lamang ng health card upon regularization. Isa sa pinaka magandang benefit ng kgb and HMO card nito. Kahit ipagtanong niyo pa sa current at former employees na naka experience

    Di po ipinagbabawal ang mag-CR kahit anong oras


    Di po totoo na bulok ang equipments na ginagamit ng agents, dahil makakaapekto ito sa operations ng company. Kung meron man defective na equipment, inaayos o pinapalitan ito agad. Ang mga company equipment na inaassign sa mga employees ay personal accountabilities na dapat ingatan at pagmalasakitan.


    Meron pong sick leaves na pwede gamitin kung hindi maganda ang pakiramdam ng empleyado. Hindi po totoo na bawal magpahinga, otherwise mauubos lahat ng empleyado kung lahat ay pagod. Merong wellness programs na ipinapatupad para sa kapakanan ng lahat ng empleyado, at meron ding Annual Physical Exams na isinasagawa katulong ang Medicard.

    Ito ay personal na opinion at kung meron mang naging hindi magandang experience dito ay ikinalulungkot namin. Sana ay isinangguni mo ito sa iyong Team Manager, Team Leader or HR representative para nagawan ng resolusyon kung may mga issue or concern nung ikaw ay nasa company pa. O baka naman connected ka pa rin sa company? Open Door Policy naman tayo ever since.


    Wala pong deception na naganap kahit kailan dahil fully declared lahat ng matatanggap na salaries and allowances sa job offer at contract. Wag po nating gawing basehan ang hearsay.

    Kaya Kung Ako Sa Inyo Stay Away Sa Abusadong Kumpanya Na To At Kung May Kakilala Kayo Na Gusto Mag-apply E Sabihan Niyo Na Parang Awa Niyo Na.

    Wala pong pinipilit ang kgb na mag-apply bilang CSR or Non-CSR. Lahat tayo ay may free will, gamitin natin ito

    1. may clinic nga ang KGB pero front lang para masabi na may clinic kayo ang tanong jan ano oras ba ang sked ng doctor? db 6pm to 9pm lang considering na 24hrs. ang operation ng Directory assistance nio? at ano ba ang laman ng clinic nio? alcohol at first aid kit lang! ni wala nga kayo formal na clinic dahil *** ginagamit ng doctor nio e yung Fishbowl na tinatawag w/c is pag umaga e place para pirmahan ng contract ng mga new hires! wahaha clinic ba yan? at after 9pm pag umalis na ang doctor nagiging huddle room yung clinic na sinasabi mo!!

    2. eto ha nakakatawa bakit nasabi kong deceiving ang sweldo nakalagay sa contract may prod pay at allowances w/c is sa totoo lang bibigay lang sayo yan pag na hit mo yung AHT at metrics nila w/c is the following: AHT 39 secs. at RTA Adherance sa sked 96% so layman's term ang number of calls ng isang agent is more or less 700 calls/day at para ma-hit mo ang AHT mo you need to answer atleast 3 calls/minute hahaha is that a joke?? unfortunately its the reality!! ano pa 96% adherance na inexplain samin kelangan lang a day may 3 tig 3mins. ka lang na CR break w/c is mawawala pa pag napullout ka ng TL mo for coaching!! at also walang ACW dito so tuloy tuloy ang calls hanggang hindi ka nakasked na magbreak kung hindi masisira ang ADHERANCE mo at wala ka ng prodpay kawawa ka naman napagod ka na nga nawala pa dahil nagpahinga ka lang sandali! tsk! tsk!

    3. 700 calls a day! hahah madali ba yan? paulit ulit lang sasabhin mo the whole shift except papalitan mo lang ang phone number na bibigay mo sa client wapaks! pang bobo lang yan! at kung yan gagawin mo the entire life mo naku thanks nalang! imagine you will say "CITY and STATE please? then the customer will say " I'm looking for pizza hut." then the agent will reply "I got pizza for you." then the next call comes in walang tigil as in hanggang magbreak ka for 15 minutes then after nian call nanaman!! kaya pag nagresign ka sa KGB mahihirapan ka magapply sa ibang call center kasi di ka na marunong magenglish dahil one liner lang sinasabi mo gabi gabi so useless din kung dahilan mo e for experience lang!!


    4. 6 months after regularization HMO card standard practice? nagpapatawa ka ba? sa convergys within the week you started training may HMO card ka na! and after 4 months bibigyan ang 2 dependents mo its either your parents kung single ka at your wife/husband and anak if married at walang bayad to from the salary!! maganda ba talaga ang Medicard are you kidding? e sa ospital ka lang pwede magpacheckup using that card! and call center agent is one hazardous job *** irisk mo health ng agent within that 6 months? sira ulo mo pala e! tas sinasabi nio pa na kaya hindi 24hrs ang clinic nio 'coz may ospital na malapit? ano makati med? magkano pacheckup dun 2k minimum sa emergency tas ala ka pa healthcard pag newbie ka kawawa ka naman napagod at nagkasakit ka na nagastusan ka pa mababa na nga sweldo mo kawawa ka naman! slave ang turing sayo.

    5. Bulok ang mga equipments anong sinasabi mong hindi totoo? e kayo na nga lang gumagamit ng avaya callmaster IV hahaha nagulat nga ko nung unang pasok ko ng training room kala ko fax machine sa laki!! tsaka kaya kayo maingat sa gamit kasi pag nasira yan wala ng pyesa nian! at eto pa ang headset na binibigay nio sa headset mga refurbished at ginamit na ng previous agents! may sticker pa nga kung kelan inayos e pag tinanggal mo yung earfoam! yuck!

    6. talaga lang ha? kunwari pa kayo advocating for wellness e kayo nga lang ang call center na walang medical exam at drugtest before ka magstart ng training so kung may contagious disease ang newbie like TB naku lagot na hawa-hawa na kayo! yuck! tas pag may durugista pa biglang mapraning saksakin ka patay ka!

    7. OPen door policy? e jan ka lang makakita ng TL na nagcalls pa din half of the shift so pano ka pa maasikaso nun? tsk! tsk! ang lakas nio makabrainwash ng mga wlang muwang!

    KAYA MAGISING KA NA SA KATOTOHANAN! ITS EITHER NAGBUBULAGBULAGAN KA BECAUSE YOU'RE ONE OF THE STOCKHOLDERS OR ***** KA LANG TALAGA! (SO PLEASE SA MGA NAG-AAPLY NA NEWBIES STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY WAG KAYONG MAGING ***** KASI ANG ******* ***** LAGING INAABUSO NG MGA SWAPANG!)

    Tama ka diyan randolfcedric. Waste of time talaga ang kumpanyang to. Nakakasakal. Akala ata nila sa mga empleyado nila mga robot na de-baterya, na di pwedeng mapagod at magpahinga. Ngayon ko lang narealize nang mawala ako sa kumpanyang to, na sobra akong physically abused sa trabaho. Ang excuse nila kaya 600-700calls daw kasi madali lang naman ang trabaho. Yes, madali talaga siya. Ni hindi mo nga kailangan gumamit ng utak sa calls eh. Pero yung volume of calls per agent? Naman... sagad na sagad ang buong 8 hours ng pagtatrabaho. Kung gusto mo ng trabahong walang life, eto na yon!

    Sabi nga niya, porke bilingual ang agents at mas malaki sahod kaysa sa English DA akala naman ng mga boss ganun kadali maglabas lagi ng pera. For example, nung binyag daw ng anak ni Charlie. Nirequire nila lahat ng bilingual agents na mag-ambag ng 50 pesos each. Eh ano ba pakielam nila dun?! Unless close mo si Charlie at ninong/ninang ka ng anak niya saka ka magbigay ng pakimkim. Hindi pwersahan!!

    At eto pa, nung Christmas party raw nila, not so sure sa amount pero siningil daw sila ng 700 o 800 pesos kada tao. Proof lang to kung gaano kapulubi/kabarat ang KGB. Sa ibang company, ilang beses pa sila nagkakaroon ng Christmas party pero di sila sinisingil ng contribution. Only in KGB!

    Imagine, kung 600-700 calls a day ang natatanggap ng agent, dapat nga malaki ang kinikita ng KGB. Pero bakit ang kuri-kuripot nila pagdating sa mga empleyado nila? Anong ginagawa nila sa pera?     Im just a newbie here:

    Gud morning to all PEX members especially the KGB thread. After i had finished reading all the comments from the start until the last post, I have now the time to make my 1st post and here are some of my comments and observations regarding this company:

    1. We are all children of God in the first place, and why all of you doing such a very offensive words against the company. Every company has its own capabilities and vision towards their clients and employees. To the fact that those previous employees were accepted by the company and given the necessary trainings, allowances and basic pay; you should be proud of because you were given all of these benefits and services in spite of the economy and the situation of our dearly beloved brothers and sisters who were along the streets starving for foods, shelter, clothing and other necessities. Come to think of it, because after all we can say that we are all blessed with everything that we have right now including our job as compared to those less fortunate.

    2. For those who says to never apply in KGB, stop this worthless call for the others. You are not contributing for the growth of the others who had their dreams in life. If you are now in a big company and it compensate you well, be proud of what you have right now because those people have their own perspective rather than yours.

    3. As a summary, lets us not fight with each other because I believe that God has its own purpose for all of us. Please be guided by this bible scripture: By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another. (John 13:35). Let us grow in our own way of fulfilling God's plan for all of us. After all we are all brothers and sisters of Jesus Christ who is our supreme employer in the heaven. As the bible says; Live such good lives among the pagans that, though they accuse you of doing wrong, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day he visits us. (1 Peter 2:12).

Please be guided by this bible scripture: By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another. (John 13:35). Let us grow in our own way of fulfilling God's plan for all of us. After all we are all brothers and sisters of Jesus Christ who is our supreme employer in the heaven. As the bible says; Live such good lives among the pagans that, though they accuse you of doing wrong, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day he visits us. (1 Peter 2:12).
