If w/out Proof of Billing, get Authorization Letter and copy of ID from Owner of Proof of Billing (or Notarized Lease Contract, if renting service address).

I applied for wireless with landline (Php1,295) through an agent. I have been waiting for ten days now. she promised me 3-5 days. I sent a message to the agent the other day but has not cared to respond. I called globelines customer service and the representative informed me that my application has not reached their table. Will I still expect something from that globe broadband agent?

ask ko lang ha..kasi nagsubscribe ako sa globe broadband for a month na...kung may outdoor antenna ba siya hindi na ibibigay sayo yung indoor antenna..nagtanong kasi ako sa main office nila dito sa Baguio and they said hindi raw kasama yun..pero dapat ata kasali yun sa alam ko kasi i cant use it kung gagamitin ko yung computer sa sala o sa kusina diba...

Limited kasi stock ng outdoor antena pero dapat kasama yun lalo na kung mahina signal sa area mo. Request ka na lang sa Globelines Baguio Office at sana may stock na sila!
