Linked ba sila sa Business Trends? Kasi yung friend ko ni-refer ako sa Business Trends tapos tinawagan ako nun tapos ang ibibigay daw sa akin na clienty ay yung RR Donnelley, ito din ba yung office na papasukan ko nun if ever. Na-schedule ako for interview dito tapos hindi ko din pinuntahan kasi ang baba ng sweldo, as in! Mas malaki pa yung gagastusin ko pamasahe at pagkain araw-araw. But yung friend ko tumuloy dito, kung ito nga din yung RR Donnelley na tinutukoy nya, OMG! Kawawa naman sya.

Naku balak ko pa naman mag walk-in sana dito sa Monday kasi they have an urgent hiring for Insurance Claims Processor. Kasu sa mga nabasa ko parang ayaw ko.. Sayang naman kasi halos lahat puro negative ang mga sinasabi Siyempre much better kung sa positive environment ka magwowork.. I badly need a job pa naman! Huhuhu!! Guys, share naman kayo kung mayron kayong alam na Nonvoice position na ok naman ang sahod at yong environment. Please! PM niyo naman po ako pag may alam kayo. THANK YOU!

Ang problema kasi dito, yung mga ******, crab mentality. Reportin gang manila sa India. ayaw ng mga ****** na pagandahin ang operations dito sa Pinas dahil yung mga clients nila sa india nililipat nila dito sa Manila at nawawalan sila ng accounts dun.

about their recruitment process nila, ok naman. wala naman ako naging problem. one day process lang (lahat ng exams, and 2 interviews). hindi naman ako pinag-antay. kasi i took the 1st exam at around 10am, and natapos ang final interview ko at around 4:30pm. after the final interview, they will schedule you for the job offer.

i am about to sign the contract next week, pinamove ko kasi ang start date kasi sa next batch of training pa ako available kaya nakita ko na ang offer sa akin, and ok naman.

80% non-voice ; 20% voice
16k basic - 48hr/week work. sat-sun off. day shift.
2.2k allowance (non-taxable and available kapag regular na)
12 SL/ 12 VL - VL available kapag regular na. SL pwede na gamitin agad pero limited to 1 SL/month.
shempre, may benefits din. hindi ko lang maalala lahat...

about sa OT, i clarified that to their HR. meron naman silang OT. since, 48hr/week work yun, ang considered na OT pay lang ay kapag nalampasan mo na ang 48hrs/week work. so, let's say na mon-thurs, nag-OT ka ng 2hrs/day, edi, after ng friday shift mo na 8hrs, kumpleto mo na 48 hrs na work. so, pag nagextend ka ulit ng 2 hrs ng friday, that will be the OT pay. much more, if pinapasok ka ng saturday, OT pay yun lahat (that is if you completed the 48-hr/week work)...

Dude, try searching about Labor Code of The Philippines. Ang normal work hours/week is 40 hrs. Bawal yang ginagawa nila, pwede sila kasuhan for not considering RD/OT yung saturday shift for another 8 hrs.

I agree to that! I applied also dito sa company na to'. Lemme tell you the story: I applied through jobstreet and then I was invited to the take the exam for the claims processor post. So I went to to their office in Eastgate at around 9:30 am. (may free pizza and coke pa!) Then, I learned that the process was for one day only so I took the chance. I was able to pass all the exam plus the interviews. One of the HR person told me that the regular work day would be Mon-Sat which is a total of 48 hours work. Since I do have a background in payroll, I asked the HR person, " Do you consider it as an additional compensation payment if you work on Sat. ? Because if you work in excess of 40 hours that should be considered as OT! " Sabi nya : " NO, regular work day daw yung Sat. So lugi ka talaga although it's a dayshift account. I don't mind working on a night/graveyard shift as long as I do have 2 rest days! Point is.. parang joke time yun pag-apply ko. I rejected their offer.

What was weird was I got this e-mail:

6 working days? tapos yung 6th day hindi OT? ang hirap naman na 1day lang ang off kahit pa nonvoice yan at dayshift! buti na lang nabasa ko to!

I got a text na may interview daw kami for tomorrow as Medical Underwriter. Nakuha nila *** resume namin kasi nagpunta kami ng Job fair and when I saw their postings sa booth nila, we're qualified as Med. Underwriter. When I read this post, ang pangit ng mga feedback. I just want to ask na kung hiwalay ba yun dun o pagiisahin lang nila at ihihire kami as CC agent, if possible? Tsk. Nagreply pa naman ako na pupunta ako. Argh!

oh damn. pero nagundergo ka pa din ng process nila o sinabihan ka nila agad. we've been here last 2 days ago ata, initial interview tapos ieemail na lang daw kami after 1 week if we pass. loser lang, di sabihin agad. mukha namang hindi in demand eh. haha.

Thanks for the info! I was applying for Reports Analyst nila. Nagulat ako sa exam kanina, EXCEL 2003! Potek, may gumagamit pa pala nun hahahaha
