    Hi..

    Americans pa rin ang nasusunod dito pero may mga Indians din naman..

    -during peak season lang yung 6 working days pero pag non peak 5 working days lang.. tapos as in petiks ka lang talaga kasi walang gaanong trabaho..
    -may increase naman pero after a year pa and yung increase depende yun sa performance mo.. dun sa mga matagal na naregular, ang alam ko meron silang yearly increase.
    -merong 14th month.
    -yung sa VL/SL, pwede mo na syang gamitin after mong ma-regular.
    -2 na po yung elevator dun.. Actually yung bagong elevator “lips of an angel”pa nga yung kanta sa loob.. heheh
    -pinoy naman yung mga manager dito.. bale yung mga manager ang bossing nila mga Americans and Indians.

    (depende po yun sa account na mapupuntahan nyo)..

    na interview kc ako dito... and pass all the exams.. but no result pa if i am hired or not... ganda ba dito.. although nabanggit na sakin na wala nga daw increase sa salary pag naregular at 6 days work. plus totoo ba na u will extend hours na walang bayad...

    nag-apply ako dito nung March. pumasa ako sa exam and initial interview. yung final interview, sinabi na 2:30am ang start ng shift, tapos 6 days a week ang pasok. nahalata nila na naghehesitate ako dahil sa shift, hindi na ako tinawagan after for a job offer.

    pagdating ko sa ofc nila, napansin ko agad na iba ang culture dun. parang luma yung ichura ng loob ng building tapos parang nasisikipan ako, maliit elevator, masikip ang hallways,etc.

    Please do not ever ever think to add RR DOnnelley to your prospect list of companies you wanted to work with. This company is disastrous.

    People from so called "NCO" are transferring here and they are trying to infect other people with their "pamumulitika" tactic basta marunong ka magyosi kasam si Peaches - promoted ka na.

    Pag di ka nila gusto kahit magaling ka, better be careful. Not to mention ang ibang bulag na HR - issue ng issue ng memos sa ibang employees pero yung mga baklang team managers hindi mabigyan, their reason? muka naman daw kasi silang babae...and that was a quote from an HR executive..pure BS.

    Nevertheless there are still handful of people you can trust inside and sa HR. Just a little clue, majority of HR people resigned already kaya puro bago makikita mo dyan,

    About 6 day workshift, yes it's true. Nakakaawa man ang mga tao ko pero wala akong magawa kasi madalas sila magkasakit kahit na sabihin mong day shift pa ito.

    About the account, disastrous because para lang mga tuta na sunod ng sunod ang mga managers sa gusto ng client kahit wala na sa scope ng job kaya naabuso mga nasa lower positions.

    Won't you even notice that the thread is not almost rolling? try and compare the difference with JPMorgan or HSBC. Sa iba ka na lang mag apply.

    Buti na lang resign na ako dito kasi hindi ako nakakatulog ng maayos nung nagtatrabaho pa ako dito...sobrang emotionally disturbing.

    wow ngayon ko lang nalaman may thread pala for this. tinawagan din ako nito at nakuha yung resume ko sa jobstreet. i was surprised kasi sunday night tumawag sakin so inisip ko kagad call center ito. when i asked kung call center job ito she said sa insurance daw, part ng group of ocmpanies nila. so tuloy lang sa phone interview. then inisked ako for final interview ng tuesday at 530. symepre gulat ako parang sobrang late na ata yun. i deicded to check rrd sa net and yun nga its a cc. i texted her and confirmed kung cc ba ito. dun lang sya umamin. then i said na i am not interested and had to pull out my application. di na nagreply. sa support group ako nilalagay. this happened last year pa.

    16k basic - 48hr/week work. sat-sun off. day shift.
    2.2k allowance (non-taxable and available kapag regular na)
    12 SL/ 12 VL - VL available kapag regular na. SL pwede na gamitin agad pero limited to 1 SL/month.
    shempre, may benefits din. hindi ko lang maalala lahat...

    about sa OT, i clarified that to their HR. meron naman silang OT. since, 48hr/week work yun, ang considered na OT pay lang ay kapag nalampasan mo na ang 48hrs/week work. so, let's say na mon-thurs, nag-OT ka ng 2hrs/day, edi, after ng friday shift mo na 8hrs, kumpleto mo na 48 hrs na work. so, pag nagextend ka ulit ng 2 hrs ng friday, that will be the OT pay. much more, if pinapasok ka ng saturday, OT pay yun lahat (that is if you completed the 48-hr/week work)...

    Naku! Buti na lang nabasa ko agad to.. I had my 2 interviews na sa kanila. I think its final interview na din kasi VP daw yun eh.. Intay ko na lang daw call nila.. Actually mejo hesitant din ako kasi hindi masagot kahit nung VP kung ano actually yung magiging designation ko, in case. Kaya nga nagmamadali din ako mag-apply sa iba kasi baka i-accept ko yung sa RR kung nag-offer na. Ngayon i know, dapat pa lang i-reject.

    don't waste your time here if kelangan nyo ng trabaho....

    marami na nagsisipag-alisan **....y??backread na lang kayo sa mga feedbacks ng mga galing **....

    some were chose to stay because of the camaraderie they have built...

    i'm not mad of this company, i'm mad of the managers that the hr had hired, managers are very unprofessional, kaya nasisira ang name ng company because of those unprofessional managers, ang masasabi ko lang, kung low iq ka, join in this company kc yun mga nagtyatyaga na lang dito eh yun tipong mga wala na talagang malipatan or mga walang kakayahang pumasa sa mga initerviews and exams in other companies with a high standard, good management, good salary and benefits, sorry but that's the reality
