nung nasa site na kami mayat maya may mga guards na lalapit to remind us na bawal mag take ng pictures ng mga bahay ng kapitbahay for their privacy , bawal mag ingay. daming bawal w/c is maganda. that's why i like Portofino alabang. mahal nga lang at may homeowners fee na kahit wala pang bahay.
Also, be wary of their building administrators who charge you with their fees. They are fast when it comes to asking for fees but they rarely go as fast when it comes to addressing such problems when damage is unseen within your unit. Bureaucracy at its best.
For the record, the tenure of a building manager in Forbeswood for the year 2008 alone was around 4 months. They changed 3 times since I got my unit around February last year. Hopefull the last person who held the position will last longer than the rest. They are probably as stressed as the tenants who complain a lot like me. And it reinforces the fact that they can't address each and every problem with ease.

By the way, all condo projects of DMCI have thier own PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OFFICE within the building. They are the one in-charged in the maintenance of the building and at the same time, in-charged in all of the concerns of the unit owners. Have you already raised your concern to the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS within the building?

Kailan pa nagkaroon ng monthly due charge sa condo na ang basehan ay ang parking area? Ang monthly dues ay binabase sa unit area lang at hindi kasama ang area ng parking sa pag-compute ng monthly dues. Siguro iyong may mga condo unit at nakatira sa condo alam ito.
so far maganda naman ang P.A.Alvarez dito sa south of manila. ang mga units nila is selling like hotcakes especially dito sa isang site nila malapit sa daang hari...
I noticed that you are selling Illuminada! Aren't you aware of the problems in Mayfield and other DMCI projects??? I am surprised!! Unless you are a newly accredited agent with them! Another thing is the turnover of agents with DMCI is high! Most of the agents we have dealt with are no longer there! Does this now convince you that we are unit owners in Mayfield? Why would you like to pinpoint us individually? Hmmm...are you maybe planted by DMCI & planning to retaliate in some sort??? Please check with DMCI and your fellow agents and even with HLURB!!!! All our complaints are documented there!!! Thank you!

What we meant that aside from the P1,680 per month that you are paying for monthly dues on a standard condo unit of 48 sqm, you still pay P437.50 per month for your 12 sqm parking space!!!!! Pasensiya ka na pero naninira ka lang talaga. Unit owner din ako, pero kahit kailan hindi sinama sa computation ng monthly dues ko iyong area ng parking slot ko. Tanging unit area ko lang ang binasehan ng monthly dues ko. Kahit saang condo ganun ang patakaran ng condo management.
Simple lang naman ang sagot sa reklamo mo eh, kung totoo ka nga ha. Edi ibenta mo iyong unit ninyo sa Mayfield kung di ka talaga satisfied sa community ng condo mo. O baka kaya hindi mo mabenta kasi hindi sa iyo iyan at sa nanay mo hahahaha. O kaya utang lang iyan sa banko kaya kahit gusto mo na umalis hindi mo magawa...mas mahirap kasi mabenta ang unit mo kapag nakasanla sa banko eh... POOR BOY.
Sa susunod kasi bibili ka ng unit sa mga Developer na high end ang ino-offer para high-end din iyong serbisyo na ibibigay sa iyo. Hirap sa iyo, kukuha ka sa presyong masa tapos pang-palasyong serbisyo gusto mo. Sabagay, hindi ko masisisi kung hanggang below middle class lang ang kaya mo.

People, all you have to do is check with REAL Mayfield owners!! Ask them for their statement of accounts for their monthly dues! You will see that dues are broken down as follows;
It's easy to get into Mayfield! The guards are lax! Just tell them you want to look into units for sale! Look at all the "FOR SALE" signs in all the buildings! Chances are you might even encounter the numerous impromptu, informal meetings of various homeowners who are agitating for the take-over of the management of Mayfield! Then go to the right end of the project where you will see a sari-sari store made out of an old container! There you will see istambays who drink beer & other liquor right beside the makeshift carwash!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do not believe liars whose only recourse is to say that all condo management do things that way!! >>>>> DON'T YOU HAVE ANY OTHER LOGICAL REPARTEE'???? We own a variety of condos & they don't do things all the same way!!
As to his other lies & condescending posts...How can you sell your units when those who have fully paid for the past 2 years are still waiting for their CCTs!!! Yes, it's true! Some unit owners who have paid for their units have yet to receive their CCTs even after 2 years!!!
And as to why we are not selling our unit, well...we are!! But you have to see how many units are for sale there!!! And how many units have been abandoned & foreclosed!! And as to his allegations that we can't sell the unit because our mother owns it...well, that doesn't make any sense does it?? All educated people know that you can sell units through SPAs!!! And as to it being loaned from a bank...people, DMCI has the easiest terms in the Philippines!! They have a no down, P10,000+ a month move in term!! Why in the world would you want to loan from a bank?? And as to it being harder to sell units that are mortgaged to a bank...well, obviously this ignorant person hasn't heard of assume balance transactions!! And if it were ever true that people loaned from a bank to buy properties....Well, they should be proud & not feel ashamed!!! Only people with money are able to get a loan from banks nowadays with the credit crisis & the tight lending policies!! It just shows how low that "papa lamunin" is for not understanding this point HAHAHAHA!!!!!! The richer you are....The more bank loans you can avail of!!!!! Its a reality of life!!!! And as to buying from high end condos so you can get high end service, and buying low cost condos then expecting high end service....
